Bobhead Omdömen 

I had a disappointing experience with Bobhead. They advertised a discount code on their website without any mention of exclusions. When I tried to use it, it was declined, and I was told the item was exempt—despite no clear notice of that beforehand.

When I raised this with them, the response was surprisingly defensive and dismissive. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, I was told my complaint was seen as a “threat.” After being told by Mark, Head of Global Sales that Bobhead are committed to “unparalleled levels of Customer Service” he proceeded to ignore my future emails despite his claims.

Transparency and respect for customers should be a priority—especially for a brand claiming high standards of service.

After complaining to Advertising Standards Authority, they replied saying they have provided Bobdhead “guidance on how to ensure their advertising complies with codes”.

I also spoke with Trading Standards, who after hearing me quote Marks email, was astonished at the lack of Customer Service from someone in his position.

Great place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Made to feel very welcome. Just went to have a look. Ended up buying a leather jacket, 2 T-shirts and a pair of gloves.

Great products! Just picked up my softshell hoody. Another really good looking and well made product at a real world price. Longevity and water proofness tbc but if my last Bobhead product is anything to go by, it will be awesome. Add the that, a really friendly and personal in store experience with a free drink thrown in, what's not to like?

Went over today and what a great place. The lads are great and the quality of the clothing is excellent. Could quite easily spend every penny I have in there.

Popped in to have look, ended up buying some protected pants. Great fit and outstanding service. Definitely recommend.

Went over today to treat myself to some riding gear and the guys at Bobhead are a brilliant group,they couldn’t do more for customers if they tried !! Even showed me they new project bike.. which if the old one ( still stunning ) is anything to go by then the new one is going to be epic.. I bought the Manc line protective shirt and wore it on the ride back to Blackpool and it was comfy as hell, and stylish!. Will 100% be going back soon.

Okay everyone, what can I say, well I called in to try gear during week as unsure of my sign so I could order online after my holidays well I was that impressed with the service from Paul as his colleague, unfortunately can't remember his name ! I decided to ride up today on the Harley to get some gear, was met with a brilliant reception from Damien, Paul and company. I went about trying on trousers, jacket and helmet etc,After speaking with Damien he agreed to send out what I couldn't take, spent over £700 and was giving discount too kitted out with new safe comfortable well made gear at a fantastic price, rode back to the Wirral and wow so comfortable and quiet compared to the open face, can't thank all of you enough! brilliant shop, brilliant service, and I'll definitely back soon, thanks Andrew

Helpful staff and easy to chat to with good product info

The staff are great and the clothing is top quality. I enjoy the bobhead bbq's. Good music and plenty of likeminded people to chat with.
