Website was easy to navigate and the staff were friendly and pleasant on the follow up phone call. The delivery driver was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable although I found the delivery charge expensive there is the alternative to collect, will definitely be using them in the future and have already passed their details on to a friend.

1st class service
After ordering some handrail and accessories , I discovered I and BM had made a mistake in the order , but once i rung and spoke to Andrew the items where sorted and exchanged with no problem , would recommend BM steel for their excellent service and will be buying from them again .
Once again a big thank you to Andrew for all his help and updates on delivery etc .
