I was sent the wrong product, have tried to email support but there has been no reply in nearly 2 weeks.

The company seems to have a lack of focus on support, with them only being available 3 days a week, and also auto replying about their backlog of enquiries which indicates an issue.

I was recommended this umbrella by a friend and was excited to use the product, however the complete silence for my support ticket in 2 weeks will prevent me from recommending this to anyone in the future.

As of 14th of March I still have not heard anything from this company.

Love these gorgeous umbrellas. I have a UV umbrella in both the Coupe and Metro models. Not only are these Blunt umbrellas so pretty but are a must for me for sun protection all summer. I love the sturdiness of the Coupe model and the convenience of the folding Metro model. I hope Blunt will bring out more colours and more models in the UV range. They are the best UV umbrellas on the market and yes they do keep you cooler as well as protecting your skin.

Blunt umbrella's claim to be "built to last" and the $199 Sport version I bought was supposed to be "big and strong" - it failed the second time that I used it!

I lodged a warranty claim more than a month ago with a follow up email and only received automated replies. I also phoned Blunt and only got through to their answering machine.

Unfortunately, Blunt's "customer service team are currently dealing with an unprecedented volume of customer enquires, so your patience with response time is appreciated."

I also note that there are quite a few recent reviews highlighting Blunt's recent lack of customer service responses.

I ordered my first and likely last Blunt umbrella in late November, which was supposed to have arrived well in advance of Christmas. It turns out it did arrive early December in my city, however it did not get to me until the end of the month as my package sat in limbo for 3+ weeks due to Blunt not including the street address on the package’s destination, even though it was added during checkout correctly and shown clearly on the receipt after payment.

I had to identify this as the cause of the issue as to why my package did not move for 3+ weeks even though it was in my city, as the postal service did not know where to send it to. I contacted Blunt Umbrellas who sent an automatic reply to acknowledge my request and to follow up, however they never did. I had to sort this out with the postal service even though it was the sellers responsibility. To date I have still not received a reply, nor an apology for THEIR mistake.

If you are going to purchase from Blunt Umbrellas directly good luck. You better hope their dispatch staff or systems do not screw up the destination address, as they will not take responsibility for their errors and what they call customer support is non-existent.

While We were holidaying in NZ over Christmas and the New Year holidays and I saw these beautiful umbrellas. We live in the tropics and often have rain and extreme sunshine. As soon as I saw them I knew I had to have one , I bought the small compact one,it’s so easy to take with me and have on hand for whenever I need it. Absolutely love it, Would highly recommend

I love this umbrella. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I would love to have a shorter retractable handle to fit into my smaller handbag.
