completely outdated system that breaks under pressure
completely outdated system. the queueing system is terrible, (i.e. you get a new ID every time you refresh the page) and even if you get to the ticket sale page, chances are the server is overloaded and returning 500 errors. if you need to do some changes to your account, forget it, the PIN code they send you via email or SMS will arrive hours later. It's almost as if it has not been maintained for a decade and that they don't scale up or stress test the system when anticipating a high traffic event.

Muito lento, péssimo.
Muito lento, site mal feito. Esperei horas pela minha vez de comprar bilhetes e quando ela chega, não dá para comprar nenhum dos bilhetes disponiveis, mesmo tendo carregado em todos. Além disso, o registo também foi impossivel de realizar.
É impressionante como ao fim de tantos anos a existir internet em portugal, a única forma de comprarmos bilhetes é através de site horriveis como este!
Bought tickets but didn’t receive them
The website kept crashing, the queue system didn’t work, and I could only access it after almost two hours, forcing me to buy a more expensive ticket. The payment was processed and debited, but I never received the ticket. After complaining, they claimed the payment was "aborted" and only refunded the money after my complaint. When they suggested I buy another ticket, everything was already sold out.
A complete failure on Blueticket’s part, with no fair solution. They don’t even respond to complaints. Totally unreliable service!
Blueticket event booking debacle
As a client I logged on to Blueticket at 08.45 this morning to purchase tickets for the Kendrick Lamar event on 27th July and four hours later I am still waiting to get access after a series of glitches. When I finally got a fleeting access (immediately rejected) to the platform I saw at 12.45 that its entirely sold out except for VIP.
This is typical of a company that is accustomed to operate as a duopolist with no client centricity. For certain I will cancel all my MEO contracts (triple play and energy) at the earliest opportunity.

Awful!!! READ THE REVIEWS BELOW! I wish I had checked here first. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is shocking. Booked tickets by accident and contacted to cancel and get a refund, within an hour of purchase. Refused. Not good business practice.
Minus 1star for Blueticket
Minus 1star should exist for companies such as this one. They do not deserve any star at all...
We started to book on their site 2 seniors and 2 children tickets for the Lisbon zoo. We had a hard time implementing this booking due to their system or the network. We tried several times but the response didn't come through. At some point, my husband saw that the payment had been debited from his bank account and the details popped up on his phone. The tickets, though, never made it to his mail or mine. We were so naive that we figured out the tickets might be waiting for us at the zoo! But no.... We had to pay a second time on D-Day in order not to disappoint our grand-children as the zoo didn't receive anything from Blueticket.
On Nov. 04th, my husband sent his first mail to Blueticket. We even went to one of their office boxes in Lisbon, but guess: it was closed... Since then, Blueticket has been "playing with us ping-pong" with mails, always finding excuses why they do not honor their debt to us.
Do yourselves a favor: DO NOT book any ticket of any kind with this company!

Urlaubstag in Sintra im Eimer. Geld zwar nach viel Aufwand zurück erstattet, aber kein Wort der Entschuldigung und auch noch Servicegebühr einbehalten. Nie wieder!
Had a terrible experience with their service
Had a terrible experience when purchasing tickets for Castelo de São Jorge in Lisbon. The tickets only arrived in my inbox after 4 hours and as many emails to the customer service team after being told they would be sent within 15 minutes of purchase. Our trip was time sensitive and so they offered a refund then didn’t honour it. I now have 4 tickets that I’m told can use up until the end of the year, needless to say I won’t be flying to Portugal any time soon to use them. I would be careful if dealing with this company to allow for delays in receiving your tickets and plan ahead. Delays will be sure to happen - after speaking with others on the day of purchase they all experienced the same issues.

Ordered 6 tickets to view an operatic performance at Olho Marina.
The ticketing highlighted a location pin to find the location of the event.
Upon opening the location marker it indicated the event was to be held in a filed.
This I queried several times with meo who referred me back to the ticket marker.
Upon the day of the event satisfied with the assurance of emo that the pin was right, I attended the site.
Along with a large number of other people the venue was not where it had been indicated on the ticket, but approximately 1.5 km away.
The event was delayed from a 9pm start to 9.20pm obviously because of the total confusion of the location for people not local to the area.
A 90 minutes concert finished after 1 hour.
This is a dreadful company we won't be buying from again.
I will be seeking a refund.

Cometi um erro ao comprar bilhetes de uma atividade para um dia errado. Na verdade fui induzido em erro mas sou o responsável. enviei um email à blueticket a explicar o ocorrido e a pedir ajuda para obter a devolução dessa compra uma vez que fiz uma nova compra para o dia certo. Muito rápidamente, cerca de 2 horas recebi toda a informação necessária e o reembolso foi feito imediatamente. Quero desta forma saudar a equipa desta empresa pela rapidez e profissionalismo demonstrado.

Tickets über die Plattform bestellt, Zahlung per Paypal kein Problem. Tickets kamen aber nicht. Am Ticketcounter vor Ort dann meine Zahlung von Paypal gezeigt. Ergebnis: Die Tickets wurden nicht versendet, da ich die beiden „ersten“ Buchstaben meiner Emailadresse in Großbuchstaben geschrieben habe, geht’s noch, seit wann ist das bei Mailadressen wichtig, und wenn es wichtig ist, warum wird das nicht bei der Eingabe geprüft? Das Problem schien bekannt zu sein. Welche Schreibweisen hier nun zulässig sind, keine Ahnung, steht auch nicht bei der Eingabe.
Die erhoffte Zeitersparnis beim Einlass ging nun für nervige Nachforschung drauf. Weniger als ein Stern ging leider nicht.
Fazit: Nicht nochmal Blueticket!
It's a scam!
Me and my friends bought tickets for Palácio da Pena, in Portugal, but we received only one of them by e-mail. We've reached the customer support several times and they affirmed that would resend the remaining tickets, but nothing happened. One day before our scheduled tour, we reached the company one more time explaining that we needed the tickets urgently or a refund, and they just ended the call after being on waiting for too long. After that, we could not reach them again since their business hours were closed already. On the next day we tried to get the tickets at the reception of the palace, however the reception affirmed that the situation should be treated by the company from which we bought the tickets, even showing them our receipt and e-mails they could not do anything to solve the situation. We had to buy new tickets and didn't receive any kind of refund. It's a scam and a terrible service!

I tried to buy tickets for two different places on different days and never received tickets. Only at the end of the day I got an e-mail from PayPal that I would receive my money back in a few days. Pls just by tickets at the places it self and stay in that line

Terrible user experience when purchasing tickets – make sure you select all seats at the same time, otherwise you might get confused.
Company refused to change my ticket seat or refund amount in a communication made in less than 30 minutes after the purchase was made.
And quoting the law to state they do not have any obligations in doing so.

Em 2020 comprei um bilhete para o MOTOGP em Portimao. Quando o publico nao foi autorizado, foi enviado um email para todos aqueles que tinham adquirido bilhets, com duas opcoes, a devolucao do dinheiro ou a passagem do bilhete para o ano de 2021. Nesse email, que ainda tenho guardado, era bem claro que caso nao houvesse publico novamente, o cliente teria sempre as mesmas alternativas que anteriormente, ou seja, caso quisesse, ter o valor investido de volta. Pois, confirmado que estava a nao existencia de publica na primeira prova de 2021em PT, quis accionar esse direito. Ninguem me deu importancia. Liguei algumas vezes, mas a semelhance de outras coisas em portugal, ninguem assume a responsabilidade de nada. Entretanto vi o meu bilhete passar para outras datas, como a segunda prova em 2021 e recentemente para ABR2022, com a ameaca de que se o bilhete nao for usado perco o investiment de 120EU! Isto eh um roubo! Esta empresa nao eh de confianca e nem com as provas que forneci, eles me devolvem o meu investimento.
