As written in the title!

No matter at what stage, if you're in the thought process of buying in Cyprus?

Karen Louca at Blue Surf has to be your first stop!

I'd been tip toeing around buying for a number of years till finally I decided to take the plunge in May 2023.

I was in talks with other agents without a great deal of success and more importantly not having the feeling of wellbeing and confidence in the way they were assisting in my search!
It was on the off chance after some spurious information regarding potential properties I called Blue Surf for clarification.
I spoke to Karen for the first time who in the first instance confirmed the properties I mentioned were not available but went on to enquire as to what I was looking for.

I completed on the 2nd February 2024.
From inception to completion Karen was on point!
As is fairly standard with a house purchase, it can be stressful but add the extra 2200 miles, culture and slightly differing legalities there could of been a nightmare pending!

Not with Karen. She always has a professional calm assurance with every step of the process including and very importantly to me, attention to detail. Combined with a very good all round knowledge of the market.
I think it's very probable I'll be looking at the market again in the future and of course I'll be speaking to Karen first, I suggest you do the same!

Sally of Bluesurfproperty did a very good job. She not only showed me the apartment but also took time to show me the surrounding area. She explained all steps of the purchase and connected me with a lawyer for the sales contract. Once the purchase was completed Sally even took me to the municipality to get water and electricity set up. Highly recommended.

The whole experience with Surf and Trish was amazing. We gave a brief on exactly what we wanted and were shown 7 properties with no pressure at any time. But our experience with Blue Surf did not end there when purchased the property we wanted which was a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were met by Trish with the keys to the property and assisted along the way registering with the Municipalty banking electricity. A lawyer wad recommended. You never felt alone which we greatly appreciated. The smile I had when we got the keys has remained to this day. Buying a property in Cyprus and was made so easy by the team at Blue Surf. A very supportive and caring company. I highly recommend Blue Surf. After starting the purchase process, I had some personnel difficulties which caused complications and delays. However, the company staff and director were very supportive, generous and patient. They followed with care the details, and finally, offered a generous solution that enabled me finalize the purchase.

From start to finish Sally at Blue Surf has been excellent. We had to get a few things sorted at our end that took some time and Sally was patient and kept in contact with all involved. She has been helpful and knowledgeable with all aspects of the sale and after too by helping us with other things so that thing are ready for when we come over to Cyprus. Blue Surf helped us locate and secure our 'dream bungalow' in Cyprus in a very professional and friendly way. Highly recommend, Karen and Blue Surf were added to my list of estate agents in Cyprus, the villa having been on the market with 3 others for over two years. Within 3 months it was sold at the full asking price. What an absolute legend Karen is. Nothing has been too much trouble for her.
