Very disappointed with the service received. Feel like I have been scammed.
The tests I paid to have done are usually presented in the form of actual figures as their is a normal range for each of the testing elements instead got a one word of negative and when queried tried to tell me that it was just a positive or negative result for those elements even though I know that is not true has had the same tests done before. Avoid!!!

There was a little mix up initially with the nurse coming before 9am for blood draw but she was excellent. The results came through quicker than expected considering one of them is sent to USA. Doctors summary was helpful. I now have a very good understand of my thyroid panel, I ordered the Platinum panel. Highly recommend and I will definitely use again as it’s a nightmare getting thorough testing in the NHs. Thank you for this service.

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The company explained to me that blood type and Rhesus status are essentially the same thing. If that’s the case, this needs to be made much clearer on the website. As it stands, the wording suggests you are getting more detailed information than you actually receive. As an everyday person, I found this misleading.

I also tried to be careful before ordering, but the process was far from straightforward. There was no clear guidance on how to book a professional to carry out the test, and I had to contact multiple local pharmacies myself. I also had to rely on the chat service just to figure out how to complete the process.

This is not a simple or seamless service, and the lack of clear information makes it much harder than it should be.

The website and overall process need to be properly reviewed to make this easier and clearer for everyday people.

Always quick to dispatch test. Bloods taken yesterday at Superdrug, in the post midday, results today. Excellent all round.

2nd time using Blue Horizon. So easy to select & order tests. The instructions for finger testing is extremely clear & helpful so no problem in doing it. The results were back within 2 days. The added bonus of a doctors report is also very helpful in these days of almost zero appointments. Good incentives cost wise too. Will certainly use again

Absolutely appalling service! They constantly lie to you ,telling you the results are not back! When infact they have had them over two weeks! Just contacted Spire hospital where they were done and they told me theyve had my results for quite some time! They are probably busy spending peoples hard earned money on their yatch somewhere! Some of these tests can be life threatening and they just dont care. No answers from multiple emails. RUN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!.

I had at home blood test several times with Blue Horizon. The test are good quality, and results are consistent with those at the GP. The only drawback is that now I can only fill one vial with blood, while previously I could easily do three, and I don't know why. So now, I can only do tests where there are just a few things to be measured. Still, those tests are very valuable, so I highly recommend.

I am impressed by their speed. Very easy to find a Superdrug store to get the phlebotomy done and very competitive pricing. Costumer service goes above and beyond. I would recommend it to anyone and even my phlebotomist mentioned they are excellent.

Really easy and report was great. Superdrug in my area didnt take blood so wish I had checked that first.

It was not possible to get all the results I was hoping for via a nurse attending my home and via myself using a finger prick to obtain a sample, therefore I’m giving 3 stars.
However it’s great to have this available and they were very helpful

I wanted a blood test for something which I was no longer able to get tested through my GP.
The booking process was easy and the service to take my sample was excellent through Superdrug clinic.
The results came with an informative note from a doctor.

followed every instruction to the letter. I returned my MRSA sample via tracked delivery, confirmed arrival the following day, and waited. Because of this company’s staggering inability to communicate with their own laboratory, my surgery has been cancelled.
Instead of taking accountability or fixing their internal breakdown, they issued a silent refund—as if the cost of a test kit covers the hundreds of pounds I’ve now lost in non-refundable train fares, hotel bookings, and surgical fees.
They aren't just disorganized; they are a liability. If you have a medical deadline, do not trust these people. They will take your money, lose your time, and leave you stranded at the hospital door with nothing but a refund notification and a cancelled operation. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a medical service.

Ordered a blood intolerance on the 12/12/25. The company claims it’s send same dispatch if placed before 1pm. This is a lie. They did not dispatch till Monday. They claim it’s first class delivery, another lie. They sent it 2nd class and it reached me on Saturday. I sent it back on the Monday 22nd, again they had provided a 2nd class return. Knowing this was the Christmas period, I was disappointed that they falsely advertise information which is simply not true.

I spoke to the live chat in the new year asking if they have received the sample as I had received no correspondence. They were unable to tell me anything till the 5/01/26.

It’s now been 4 weeks since placing the order and i have no results. Given the price you pay, this level of service is unacceptable. I have spoken to their customer service who have been unhelpful and not been able to reassure me in any way.

I would avoid this company and I will be raising a formal complaint and expecting to be refunded
