The whole process from ordering, instructions and turn around of results was excellent.

Simple to do although I found my little finger most responsive to blood extraction! Quick response and easy to understand test results. Having been used to path labs freely available in Crete where we lived for 21 years your service is a great asset for those of us with a more responsible attitude to our own health.

Should have read the reviews before buying. Desperately need to check for type 2 diabetes. They received the kit back straight away and lo and behold sorry you sample has clotted!!! I don’t want another kit I suffer with anxiety and it took ages of sore fingers to get that amount of blood! Want a full refund back!

After ordering my test was delivered approx 2 days later.
Waited until the next morning, took the test very easily, posted it same morning, the results came back a few days later. Very efficient and will do other tests in the future.

Useful service at a good price and supports the NHS. My main annoyance is that you cannot get just a simple PDF lab report of the results, you have to print out the online view of their 'results dashboard' which is very unsatisfactory.

The whole experience with Monitor My Health has been brilliant, the test results come back very quickly and I messed up one of my samples and they sent me another one free of charge even though it was my fault, excellent service.

Excellent service. Results available within 48 hours of putting my test into the post box which is pretty amazing. Blood collection easy for me, but it might be where some people would struggle. Dashboard results simple and clear. Highly recommend if you are worried about your health and your GP or hospital are not willing to give you the tests that would put your mind at rest.

Posted blood sample in 5pm post Monday, got result by email first thing Wednesday. Can't get much better than that.

Excellent service. I received an email the day after bloods sent to say received & the results the same evening. Some of the tests I had recently had done by my doctor & matched these results. I wanted a full blood test as needed thyroid checking. Had used same company 4 years ago, so was interesting to compare results. I would recommend and use this service again.
