A horrendous server crash.
and this team of helpers continued to help me through it all, and RESOLVED MY ISSUE. We thought i had lost my entire game [1765 hours of game] but THEY worked together and saved my wurm world and restored it all back to normal. MY KUDOS to the wurm support team that helped me, and though i was a bit cranky and frustrated, BUT.... it did not deter them from seeing it through to a COMPLETE RESOLVE. clap-clap-clap to yous guys, and a big SHOUT OUT and GRATS to both of you.. and the team was Tracy and Craig who worked together for this awesome resolve.
I start 7 days to die when A9 was going. It was A10 i wanted to get my own server. I looked at every server hosting website that offered 7 days to die servers. BFS had the best number of slots for the cheapest price. Then i had to use the support. On steam i see post about it takes server host support a long time. Not BFS the support was fast helpfull. After a week of not knowing what i was doing. I was not worryed i knew BFS support was there to back me up. It's A15 going on A16. When i get in tubble with somthing i don't know. BFS support is there. No other server host have the $10 high cpu for the servers i love that. Now if BFS get a donate link system set up. I can put more money into the server. I have others that love the BFS server as much as i do to help out. I didn't restart the server for over 15 days. Me thinking it was going to be lag spikes and slow downs on spawns. NOPE! Running like it was on day 1. If you play 7 Days to die get the $10 high cpu it's so worth it. if you put a lot of zombies on. 50 zombie hordes lol Anyway Cheers.
Great service, good servers, professional interface. Fast setup and very helpful if needed. The only dedicated servers I use.
Customer service is awesome. they put our previous host to shame. (Citadel) you do not want to use Citadel. Blufangsolutions work miracles and set our server up using the old saves so we did not get wiped. Awesome transition. I give these guys a Big hug and thumbs up.
I had a HUGE issue with a different host company and these guys at Bluefang went above and beyond and solved my problem in approximately 12 hours. They got 3 servers up and running with my saves from my old host which refused to give them up. Love these guys. I will keep them for as long as I host any game!
Went the extra mile to save old data from an Ark server.

I've been using BFS for almost 2 years now across multiple games and it's been nothing but a positive experience. Anytime I had any problems or questions I was always helped quickly. I've never had any issues with performance and ping has always been great. Based on my own personal experiences with BFS I would and do highly recommend their service to anyone interested.

I've used BFS on multiple occasions for game servers when I need them. They host both my Minecraft and 7 Days to Die servers. Any time I've run into technical issues with running these servers, the support has been quick and capable in resolving said issues.
As the title alludes to, my experiences with BFS have convinced me that my money has been well spent.
We host an arma 3 server which I am constantly pushing to the limits and theyve always been very helpful with any help I need.
I have been using BFS for 2 years with multiple game servers. BFS have been the BEST provider our community has ever dealt with. The servers are powerful with the latest technology and have great mitigation protection. Their support is top notch. I can't imagine running servers with any other provider.
i had a jedi knight academy server earlier this year with bluefang and every time i asked them to update it they would do it for me quickly and without issue. i would recommend bluefang to anyone looking for a reliable provider who knows what they are doing.
BlueFangSolutions is a great server hosting company. I'm now on my second 7 Days to Die server, and I've had one previously and a Rust server. I can always trust BlueFangSolutions to solve any problems I may have if the problems arise, and their prices are great too! For someone who rents a server for himself and a small group of friends to play together, they have been top notch and I keep coming back to them for my server needs.
I had tried hosting a server with two other well known providers before BlueFang and while the others had okay customer service, I've always been able to get prompt responses from BlueFang.
My biggest issue with the other providers was that even with minimal mods on the server that were well known supported mods, the server wouldn't stay stable much more than 12-24 hours. This didn't occur at first but eventually became a daily occurrence and despite me troubleshooting by tickets and removing mods one by one I still couldn't fix the issue. At the end of my stay with my previous provider I even wiped my database though I didn't think it would fix anything and sure enough with the two simplest of mods the server would hang and crash.
I had enough and knew of BlueFang because of a PVP server I had played on and had witnessed some of their support for that server first hand. Although they are a little more than these bargain providers it's for a reason. Not once have I had a crash now in the month I've been hosting and have had it running continuously for days with no issues, only stopping the server for updates.
BlueFang offers your standard ticket based system as you'd expect but they also offer live chat when staff is available and countless times I've actually talked to them on their TS for support.
Why are you still reading this, if you need a new better provider look no further or even if you're just getting started.

I ordered service for an Ark game server, I saw they added two things since last I order one.
– Automatic Server Restarts (server reboots if it crashes)
– Automatic Mod Manager (mods checked and updated upon server restart). This is puffing at its finest... They allow you believe in more than it is and then will argue you didn't do proper research. I have found several complaints in which Bluefang always turns on the customer. They are in to getting your money not providing a good serivce in which customers recommend to others because of the professionalism of the staff.
Josh, a partner and head over billing was unwilling to try and assist me until I pushed back and informed them I was going to let others know. I went as far as to ask for a prorated or even partial in order to recoup a small portion of my money. The only thing he would offer was an other service, Which would be fine if you could schedule your own updates, restarts, custom rcon commands. If you could change your own map, startup script. The autoupdater they do claim is nothing more than what the Ark devs has already made available in recent updates (which may or not work, Steam.) No auto server backup, No one click serve wipes for new runs. No simple ark server map installs. No mod workshop, one click installs. The only control you have is: Restart, start, stop, ftp and steam update (THAT is all).
I will say this, Craig and Tracy (support) are quick and very helpful. I wish I could rate the support different, but when I saw how pointed and crossed arms Josh was it's a 1 star all the way. For someone in billing customer service, you get the impression all he wants is the money not a satisfied customer to boast the company.
Simply they are not worth (IMO) the money nor hassle. Do what I failed to do, look around GTX, server blend, havoc...All much better that Blue Fang Solutions.

does not have mod support.they can only setup basic server for game . ticket times are great. paid for high cpu and yeah its high cpu running 90% almost all the time filled with lag .If you do get a server here jose or brad are the 2 that you should talk to .TS3 for support also but never get pulled to ask a question even if you put a ticket in .
