Totally new to setting up servers and was met with great patience for my "stupid" simple question. Happy with their service and the site is very much user friendly!
I've rented many servers for 7DaysToDie and Minecraft and every time I do, I require assistance. Thankfully, the customer server is amazing and they have supported me in every situation.
Really good service anytime of the day. This is the first and only one host i know with an interactive chat with full service! The price is high for 7D2D and ARk server but it worth the price! I recommand that host without hesitation.
All I can say is, if you're looking for a place to host a server for whatever be the reason give these guys a try! Any and every question I had they took care of; 100% would recommend.
Sunday night, we decide to wipe a server and restart a 7 days to die campaign with a mod, people online at 8pm waiting and ready to help. I give 11/10 zombie decapitations, would let them be my wingman anyday.
I started a new 7DtD Server with a the Starvation Mod that they offered. I had no idea what I would have to do in order to connect and their support was incredibly helpful in stepping me through everything I needed to get connected to my server. Very fast, very helpful.

I am new to renting and having my own server. After doing some research, I decided to do business with Blue Fang and right off the bat I know I have made the right decision. I was stuck on a few things and Tracy helped me get everything running. The response time to get assistance was super quick too. I highly recommend.

honestly, the fastest support you will ever see. and I have rented from multiple hosts. that alone is so very helpful when any issue occurs. 5 stars in my book.
Craig provided amazing customer support, he knew his stuff, and was willing to do what had to be done to help me with what I needed help with. Response time to my ticket was less then a minute, of course this could be different depending on the ticket traffic they have, but I was impressed with that.
I am a very new admin and know little about the programming side to a server and support has been there every step of the way. Support are amazingly helpful
