A month later and my tools still…
A month later and my tools still haven't arrived. That's after their auction said delivery in 3-4 days. They've never replied to any of my emails, really bad customer service.

Hi Richard, thanks for the review.. You do understand that we don't actually deliver your parcel? We do however try to see what is going on and help our customers out when we are informed of a shipping issue.. I did a quick search of emails and nothing under your name sorry.. I did check tracking and it seems for whatever reason your parcel was held up on the International leg of the trip and that it was last scanned in NZ on the 26th April and will now go through customs and then released to NZ Post for local delivery.. We do provide an email address and a phone number for contact and as stated we are more then happy to help where we can with shipping issues.. You just need to let us know, though normal channels instead of on a review site, where if I hadn't been sitting at my computer when the review came through I probably never would have seen it..

We did however ship it within our advertised time frame and then its up to the courier to deliver it.. We are always happy to look into a late delivery, most people do the courteous thing and send a message first to ask us to do so..
