Thank you for your feedback. However, after investigating your complaint I have found that most of your claims are false and you have already been warned about it as well.
You have initially requested for us to manage your repairs while you took it to a repairer of your choice.
For whatever reason, after we have already spent costs on managing your repairs such as Assessment Fees, you have requested for us to cease managing the repairs and that you were going to sort it out somehow.
Firstly, our contract states that the minute you terminate the repairs management service, you will be liable for all the costs we have incurred as we won't be able to recover the costs anymore. Despite having explained this to you, you apparently did not care about our T&Cs or about the fact that we were going to be at a loss and proceeded to terminate the repairs process.
Furthermore, we sent you an invoice due to damage made to the hire car and breaching T&Cs by not reporting it, not returning the hire car with full petrol and for all the Tolls you have used. Again, you would ignore this invoice as well.
By this time, we have already received your repair funds. Therefore, as per our T&Cs we have cleared what you owed us by deducting off your settlement. And you have already been warned about all this but again did not care because you were confident AFCA would help you however that was not the case unfortunately for you.
Therefore, I do not find any reason to further investigate this complaint and will be finalising it.
