Appointment
Appointment timing should be more accurate.
I booked an appointment for 10:30 but my turn came at 1pm. Office girl was very helpful. But the guy at the reception was lying about the waiting time. He was telling everybody that the waiting time is 30mins and people were getting mad after waiting for hours.

I came in for 10:15 appoint with my kid
When inside was given a chit for premium when I didn’t pay for it
I asked her at the front desk didn’t listen and told I will be called with number
Again when asked give a diff number and have to wait more
