I love everything including the packaging. My only comment is that it was delivered to the wrong house...i know it is not your fault, but maybe for your consideration who you use for the delivery
Flowers were delivered on the incorrect date. Follow up with customer service was a nightmare where they provided excuse after excuse and ultimately said it was my problem not theirs and they would do nothing about it. What a joke.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced, unreliable, delivery delayed numerous times without notification, only part of gifts ordered and paid for were delivered, unprofessional service and poor communication.
I will never use them again! I received one email reply, following my 4 International phone calls and 5 emails. Then I emailed again, asking them to please respond to my questions and to provide the amount they are offering to credit me with on the Blooms website as compensation, since they could not refund me (even though my initial cancellation was accepted and was at the time told by their customer service, that my refund request had been passed to their escalation team to be processed).
I chased sending two further emails and questions, asking for them to please have the curtesy to respond to my emails. 1 month later, and chasing several times, still no reply. I will never use them again and to this date I don't know what credit amount they were offering. I have given up!
I ordered a center piece for Christmas on the 21st of December ti be deliverd yhe 23rd.. it showed up today January 6th all dead. The eorst company ever dont do business with them. If I could give a negative I would.

I recently purchased gifts from this place for a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The delivery was delayed, apparently due to Labor Day, but there was no prior notice or disclaimer about potential delays during holidays, which seems avoidable.
When the flowers arrived, they were somewhat wilted, possibly due to the delay or other factors. Additionally, the stuffed toy I had chosen was unavailable and was replaced with an alternative that I found very unattractive. When I raised this concern, the response referenced their policy, which felt dismissive rather than helpful.
There was no prior notification about out-of-stock items, no apology, and no system indicating which products were available, which would have prevented this issue. An estimated delivery timeframe is also not provided proactively, so I had to follow up by email just to get basic information.
Overall, the combination of delayed delivery, poor substitution, and lack of clear communication made this a frustrating experience.
I often send flowers internationally and this company provided the worst service that I’ve ever experienced. Not only did they not deliver my order, but they took no responsibility for doing so, and refused to provide a refund. Do not ever use this company!
What a bunch of scammers! Lied about attempted delivery to an assisted living facility where there were reception staff on duty. Flowers and cake not given to reception and claimed no one was there to take the delivery even though the staff let the delivery person through the security door. Didn’t go to my mother in laws unit either. Left a card saying no one home so pick up from a warehouse. So 96 yr old missed out on her birthday flowers and cake. Maqam from customer service had refused to address the issue! What a bunch of vile scammers. No Canadian spirit 🤬 DO NIT USE THIS COMPANY! TOTAL SCAMMERS
They have a blanket substitution policy which likely is not legally enforceable given how broad it is that allows them to swap whatever you order with whatever they deem to be suitable. There is no recourse or refund and they do not have to notify you because they have an out clause saying if they're too busy they don't have to let you know (even though I placed the order a week ahead of time). Highly recommend to go elsewhere.
Absolutely brutal. I paid north of $100 for a birthday bouquet and it showed up completely dead. The company was unwilling to replace or fully refund the purchase. Apparently rotten flowers is considered good business practice.
I really wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering a bouquet for my mother on mother's day.
I ordered a beautiful bouquet called "Ray Of Hope" for my mum with Cancer as I live in another continent and couldn't be with her in person. I appreciated that they serviced internationally. I thought, how perfect! Nope.
I paid the 20$ next day delivery fee, for what they claimed was going to be "next day delivery" well within the countdown on their homepage, and not only did it get "attempted" delivery a day late, but it never showed up. At all.
I've had to send two emails to customer support so far to try to get my money back! At this point, mother's day has passed and I ended up having to send my mom a screenshot of the bouquet I tried to order her and note i sent her just to prove to her i'm not a terrible daughter who forgot about mother's day.
I'd like to be refunded entirely. No "ray of hope" for saving mother's day, that's for sure!
Disgraceful company, ordered flowers for my mother on Mother’s Day and cancelled the order with no explanation. Stay well clear of them.
Terrible customer service. "Business" deliveries will deliver during THEIR business hours, not the receiving business's hours, and there is zero flexibility.

1) They claim free delivery on their website when you find them on google but they end up charging you $20 and you only find out upon checkout that the free delivery for orders only above $100
2) they failed to deliver my order because they incorrectly captured my phone number to the dispatch driver and they obviously couldn’t reach me. The concierge in my building asked to receive the order and the driver refused to leave it with him which is customary in any building for flower deliveries. They then claim there was no safe space to leave the flowers so the flowers were returned. Bearing in mind I chose same day delivery and requested the flowers deliver around 10am and they arrive at 4pm only for them to be returned. When I pointed their attention to the fact they captured the wrong number and that the driver refused the leave the flowers with the concierge- they still neglected to acknowledge it or take responsibility in their emails.
3) when I asked for a redelivery they refused unless I pay another delivery fee which I thought was ridiculous as I have already paid an exorbitant $20 which I was unhappy to pay as I expected the delivery to be free as they advertise on their website (google their name and see what I mean). And their customer care has been condescending pointing me toward their policies to imply this is somehow my fault for not answering my phone when they documented a wrong number to their delivery driver.
All in all a terrible retailer that cares very little about customer service and will rather extort customers than provide a genuine service to fulfil orders. Bloomens is much better- this never happened with them and it was my mistake for branching out.
This company will send you whatever product they have available, not the one you ordered. I spent 90 dollars to send my dad a terrarium gift for his 70th, they sent him a log with a succulent in it. I emailed saying the wrong product was delivered and they said that in their terms and conditions it says they can substitute products. It's a scam. Do not order from here, trust me, order from somewhere more reputable. They emailed me 3 times reminding me in the T&C's i agreed to accept a product I didn't order. I've never had to read tiny print for sending flowers/plants to someones house - literally so shady. Don't think twice about it - do not order from them unless you're okay with plant roulette and wasting your money. Not sure in what world Id spend 90 dollars on a log. If it was 5-10 dollars I lost I wouldn't feel this upset, but almost 100 dollars on my dad's 70th birthday when I live abroad? And he was so disappointed with it because I told him what was coming. So sad.
