There was an issue with the bouquet I received so I contacted the company and they sent me a new bouquet. Such a great service and quick response

I got the wrong flowers
I got the wrong flowers. I appreciate they mightn’t have been *in stock* but I wasn’t given an alternative or prior email of notice. I had a themed event at the time of purchase. Unfortunately the flowers were not what I wanted. My choice was purple and white roses. I received sunflowers.

I sent flowers through Bloom Magic to a friend of mine in Galway and asked her to send me a video of them to me as I had paid more than 50 euro for them and I was very disappointed as the main pink rose looked like it was wilting. It had a lot more greenery in it than was shown in the catalogue.

Good customer service
I was a UK customer ordering flowers in Ireland for an Irish relative. The request for an Irish contact number to help the delivery driver was very polite and further support was available. Good customer service. the delivered flowers were also of a high quality.
