Poor quality and awful customer service!

I purchased two items for Christmas in December. Sadly it was too big for the person I bought it for and also the quality was poor. I emailed in January about how I could return for a full refund and was sent an email on the details of how to return the items. I followed the details, they received the items as I had paid extra for special delivery, it has taken until April to receive my refund, firstly they didn't even acknowledge receipt of the items, then after several emails chasing them, I was told I wouldn't get a refund because it was out of the 14 day returns, I could only get a replacement. I explained this was a Christmas present and most shops extend their returns policy so why couldn't they. Back and forth with many emails and a threat to complain to the financial ombudsman as they had both the items and my money since January, I finally got a refund in April. Absolutely awful customer service, they ignore your emails and keep fobbing you off.
Stay well clear of this company!

Broken bracelet

Heartbroken for my nephew. He was very excited for his bracelet but it broke in half just after 1 day. I sent messages but no reply. It has been 2 weeks already. Maybe sent 5 messages. No one is responding. Little thing is devastated

Fake chain

Such a ignorant company

Edited from 1 star due to art James correcting my issues promptly and refunding me, thank you Returned items and still trying to get a refund! member of staffs communication is absolutely shocking, you’re completely ignored! This has been ongoing since 29th January!

Poor returns process

Trying to return an item that my son bought and getting nowhere. We have emailed and been in the chat and have got nowhere near being able to return the item.

Very disappointed......

I ordered a chain for my sons up coming birthday I paid the extra £8 for next day delivery and it came 2 days later. I never had no emails from the company to confirm purchase or to confirm delivery just nothing! Very disappointed!!!!
