I am currently in the middle of solving an issue it’s not yet been resolved. For now, i’ll keep it one star until problem is resolved.

Someone from the factory needs to contact me...Not from the store!!!... I need a call from the factory or the corporate. This problem is not being resolved and going nowhere!!!!

I don’t know much about blinds but they are not installed properly.

The installer was highly skilled and respectful he was in and out in minutes installed two sets of blinds. Had to wait awhile for delivery but am chalking that up to Covid 2020 very good experience

Everyone one that I spoke to was very nice, especially Darryl the salesman in the Carle Place store. It did take a long time to get the order, but once it came it, it was installed very quickly.

My measurements were perfect but my blinds are uneven and a button was off from the bottom of another one.I don't have time to deal with it and I am annoyed that they're not perfect.

the construction was sub par the slats kept falling from the from the holder

I had 12 shades done and I’m not satisfied with the job that was done on 7 of them. The person that came to measure and the installer of the shades could have done a better job.

The person that helped me was Omar he was the best. It was i think it was Garden City .I think he's the manager.

I placed the order (order # 844948) in September, and the measurement was taken the following week. I was told that I would get a call in October to schedule an installation date. I never did, so I called at the end of October. I was told that the measurements were never properly relayed, so my order was never completed. Had I not called, no one would have picked up on this. My order was not even expedited over this. My blinds were only installed last week.

we ordered a duet shade and unfortunatley it came damaged but the blinds to go staff was very helpful,they sent it back to the factory and 2 days later came back perfect.

i ordered 18 new blinds throughout the house. one bathroom was not 100% complete. the company installer refused to measure and order the last room. I ordered the last blinds after the room was completed. Due to the covid 19 virus, production of my blinds was to be 12 weeks. They completed and delivered in 7 weeks. Unfortunately, the size was wrong, my fault, not theirs. I asked if the blinds could be cut down. I was informed that I would have to order new blinds. I was also informed that if i cut them down, my warranty would be voided. As a skilled contractor, I was able to cut down the blinds, 1/4" in each side, without dismantling or damaging the blinds or the operating mechanisms within. Time to make the repair, 20 minutes. you would never know that the blinds were altered. PS- warranty issues, if any; they told me that all blinds would be measured and if they were different sizes than the order, the warranty would be void. Think twice before purchasing here.
