Truly a custom fit
Blinds to Go was able to make a 91" roller shade for my double window living room window. They measured and installed the shade after removing two blinds. I live in old build and the window is not exactly straight along the top; as a result, the installer had to reinforce one corner .

Defective Blind
I ordered six (6) blinds. One I had to bring back because the wand did not rotate the slats.
However, I had contracted for some workers to install the blinds for me. Now, I must call them back again, AND PAY EXTRA, to have them install the fixed blind.
If you look at my account, you will see that I have been a long time customer and spent a lot of money with you over the years. I may not do so anymore.

What a let down!
The customer service was excellent. However, I was disappointed in the blinds themselves. Every time I look at them, I feel like I got ripped off. The blinds I bought for my whole home several years ago from Blinds to Go were a much better quality.
