Great Experience
Great quality. Customer service was very good. Received a call to double check dimensions. The only thing that would improve the experience would be to have install instructions included. Pictures were provided which was great but had do a bit of online searching to find details on winding to get the correct tension for the specific height of the blind. Will definitely be purchasing more.

Overall a very poor experience.
Delivery of the blinds was significantly delayed without communication until I emailed to query.
The courier used were uncontactable after nearly an hour on hold, BOTN bafflingly use them despite almost exclusively negative reviews associated with them when I looked them up. When the blinds arrived they were incorrect and not what I ordered.
In fairness, replacements were offered on submission of photos but again the 2nd set dispatched took longer than promised and communication was only offered when instigated by me.
All in all, it took 7 weeks from purchase to get a product described on their website as ‘3-5 business days’. Was offered a 10% discount against a future purchase as recompense which was not remotely adequate. Will not use again.
N.B. Have gave a 2nd star as replacement was not contested and blame accepted promptly.

I am a DIY installer and it actually worked!!
I am a DIY installer. The blind was exactly as described, and delivery time as estimated. The motor had good instructions. I could not find instructions on the website for the particiular model I was installing, but my queries were answered promptly on the phone. I would recommend this company and definately use them again.

Excellent product, but delays with missing parts
The product in the end was excellent quality, but twice they sent us the wrong product or missing parts. We would still use them again.
They were very good about making sure we had all the right parts after sending the wrong ones, but it did delay our project by about 2 months with the back and forth.

All materials not in kit
All materials not in kit, you had delivered parts I needed and they were there wrong ones. Rang up got the right parts ordered and still a week later no parts delivered. Rang have to wait an almost another week for parts, u sure why it’s going to take two week to get pets here. Have been clear that I needed parts as I’m renting my house out and didn’t want to be fitting awning when people will be here but have no chance now. Just a little disappointed in service. Cheers

Awning good, instructions average
Outdoor automatic awnings are good, but instructions are average.
Firstly, the Word document was formatted for US letter, rather than the usual A4, and there were warnings about the margins being too small. Strange! Some of the instructions for measuring were, for me, rather confusing. In hindsight, a simpler explanation could have been given. And there was more. I did a better job on the second blind than the first.
