An amazing find right on my doorstep.

I’ve been wanting to purchase an e-bike since the release of the Lime bicycles, seeing as they are a treat to ride, but the upfront cost was too pricey.

The affordable finance options these guys have include a range of maintenance services for their products and specifically for the e-bike I had my eye on and the communication was quick and easy.

The only concern was which of the bicycles I’d leave home with as they have a massive range, but the team were fast efficient knowledgable and informative with each of their bikes and I left with one that’s a long time keeper :)

They also offer insurance, servicing, locks and other bike gear and no doubt other amazing services for a safe and enjoyable riding experience.

I left with not only a bicycle but also learning more about the mechanics of what makes a safe and enjoyable ride.

Blike was able to provide the bike I needed. It is an Estarli folding bike which is just right for me. I was also able to add an adapted crank shortener to allow me to cycle with a disabled knee. Best way to get an excellent bike without a lumpsum layout.

A great company any questions were answered quickly i ordered the estarli 28.9 pro. Which was quickly delivered. I love it its a great bike.

I have Blike now for more than 2 years and it was the best decision ever! I got my cycle delivered to me at my door, they give a routine check up every 6 months and they offer the best client service possible! All the staff is easy to reach, approachable, friendly and helpful. I’ve built a trustable relationship with them and I feel listened and supported whenever I need - and I don’t need much, ‘cus my bike is super reliable. It’s been more than 2 years that I don’t pay for transports and I’m stress free from getting busy tubes. I get everywhere super fast. Most of the times my journeys are half the time of what it would be with a bus, for example. My life got more practical thanks to Blike.

Picked up my bike today from the Hackney store and I cannot recommend these guys enough. Incredibly friendly and helpful, everything set up and ready to go.

I have used Blike for the past 2 years to rent an electric bike in the summer so that I can go swimming the local ponds. The service, cost and efficiency is great - even recently when I had an issue with the bike the problem was resolved quickly and effectively.

I had wished to get an e-bike for some time but the general cost was too high for my small pension. When I heard that Volt was setting up a rental agreement I jumped on the opportunity. The bike was delivered to my house in the Scottish wilderness by the wonderful Mark from Sinclair Cycles in Loch Leven with all the explanation I needed for a smooth start. Mark is always there to answer any query I may have. It has been several month now and I used the bike almost every day (not when it rains too much though) and I am very happy. Yesterday I had the first service (Sinclair cycles / Mark again) and all is well after several hundred of kilometres. I almost don't use my old car anymore. I am seriously thinking about selling the car and purchasing the Volt trailer. To get this Volt bike has been one of the best decisions I took in past years. Great bike and great service both in Scotland and in London.

I have been with Blike for almost a year and I couldn't be any happier with them. Is the best chance to commute to work in a greener way without having the hassle of investing yourself in a expensive bike. The customer service is top tier, every time I needed assistance Ria always dealt with me and I must say that she was always super understanding really human. It really made me feel comfortable raising whatever issue I had and she helped me navigate in the most professional and human way. Is really refreshing to have a company that cares so much of the customer service they are providing. I definitely recommend Blike and had a very positive experience and I hope to be with them as long as possible.

Terrific service and dedication from the people at Blike, individually and collectively. I was able to rent out an e-bike from their ReCycle programme quickly, easily and reliably. Not to mention that, when I popped over for a test ride for which I asked for 3 bikes, they had 7 ready! Extra appreciation for their flexible service (not locking you in lengthy contracts), which enables new cyclists like myself to dip their toes into cycling in a very affordable way. Blike has got a good business going and is doing a service to London with its customer focus and accessibility.

Just picked up a bike for the school run to replace the car, fabulous service, a little bit of an odd location but they said they will soon be moving. Knowledgable and kind man who explained the bike and everything about it in great detail to make sure I knew what I was doing. I’ve used other e-bike subscription services previously but the bikes at Blike seem to be much better quality and more practical. Only thing I would change would be to get it delivered as putting big cargo style bike on the train was a pain.

I've got nothing but praise for my experience with Blike. It was super smooth and simple to get set up, and I've since enjoyed over 1000 miles cycling around London on a Cowboy e-bike. Prices are really reasonable and easy to offset by ditching public transport. The subscription service means you can try a bike for a few months and swap/cancel without the pain of buying a bike. Highly recommend.
