the ski gear was too big, even though i measured myself and sized down from their guide. The zip was a bit dodgy they said they’d refund me and a month on i’m still waiting

Fantastic idea and great service. I borrowed a fab Goldberg suit for a week in Val D'isere. It arrived bang on time and having decided I needed a different size I reached out to see if I could swap. The new size arrived the very next day. Both suits in great condition and a very convenient packaging /posting system. Back in the post on my return with no need to worry about cleaning myself.

All in all - absolute genius. Perfectly executed customer service. Look forward to using again.

Delivered in time , except I wasn’t happy with the patched up legs. They’d obviously been torn previously on the legs and the patches through the star and the back of the leg were quite obvious ! I have emailed about it but had to reply ! When paying full price for a ski suit that was meant to be in good condition I feel like it could have been mentioned about the patch work.

Blanqo were amazing, they delivered my jacket early, the jacket had no damage and looked great. They included clear instructions on how to easily send back to them when you were finished using the jacket, which is something I was worried about when I got home would it be a faff, but the process couldn’t be easier. 100% would use again and would recommend to my friends.
