Blakesleys Ltd  Omdömen

Great experience. Not just a website , but real people with a great customer service attitude. We had to change our order due to some issues with my builder , but Blakesleys were so easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. Delivery and installation were equally impressive , and the pergola is high quality a looks amazing. Overall delighted and would not hesitate to recommend.

Delighted with my 6x3 pergola. Really good quality.
Have recommended Blakesleys to a number of friends.

I researched for months, read so many reviews and finally settled on a smaller family run firm and I made the right decision. Nothing was too much trouble, polite ,efficient and the installers were excellent and the attention to detail is amazing. All of the team take pride in delivering a quality item and care about the customer. I cant recommend Highley enough. Thanks Ian & Team!

Very prompt delivery and excellent service. A great quality product and I will definitely be using Blakesley's again.

We purchased a pergola from Blakesleys, and we were kept well informed regarding the delivery date.

The pergola was delivered on time and was all packed well without any damage or missing parts.

I think the measure of a firm is when things don't go as planned, and Blakesleys have excelled with this. We ordered some pull down screens for the pergola, and long story short they didn't fit. Blakesleys offered great support via WhatsApp, just in case it was user error, but it was clear there was a manufacturing fault. Without quibble, the screens were quickly exchanged - no fuss, no quibble.

Great response to our problem, exceptional customer service. Thanks!!

Great journey from beginning to end. Knowledgeable and helpful staff throughout.
Pergola finish is superb and would recommend anybody to purchase the louvred panels to have a focal point.
Great prices and service.

Erecting needs two people following the instructions booklet was easy .

Would highly recommend company and product.

We love our Titan pergola. Blakesleys offered the best deal on the market. Delivery was quick and efficient and the communication was great.

From start to finish they kept me informed and the product is brilliant.

Customer service is awesome. I had the need to contact on a few occasions and had an immediate response. Ian could not have been more helpful. We purchased a pergola and the quality is of really high standard. Some larger better known companies should take note of the brilliant customer service.

Outstanding. Literally blown away by the service, how fast Ian responded and the quality of the Pergola. Got the 3x4 nova titan and it is exceptional quality. By stroke of luck as well it turned up the same day that I ordered! I was so happy. Ordered at 8am it was in my garden by 4! I’m sure that was luck and not the norm not to set anyone’s expectations, but thank you!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new glass room which was supplied by Blakesleys. It looks absolutely fantastic, and the build quality is excellent. Ian was exceptionally helpful throughout the process, and Dan and Kal did a first class job in erecting the glass room with exceptional thoroughness and attention to detail. We truly could not have wished for anything better, so a big thank you to you all, and we would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Brilliant service. Very friendly, couldn't have been more helpful.

Nice company to do business with.
Easy to order, delivered on time and placed round the back of the house as we were away at the time.
Very good to deal with

A really friendly company to deal with and nothing seems to be a bother if you have any questions or you need something replaced. They are one of only a few companies to deliver things like my pergola to Northern Ireland. A big thumbs up to this company and the owner who’s called Ian.
