What a magnificent experience from start to finish with this company. From the first phone call to installation completion. The 2 installers were polite, courteous and their attention to deal, was 1st class. My experience way exceeded my expectations.

Helpful and friendly, every step was carried out professionally and they kept me updated on all stages of my order. The fitting went very smoothly and I am really pleased with my lovely new door!

It has been a pleasure being a client of Black Steel Doors – right from the start to the end, the service was nothing less than professional, punctual and the service team were incredibly thoughtful in their approach specifically to respecting our privacy during installation and maintaining tidiness throughout. With most jobs there are always obstacles, however the team went above and beyond to find solutions and at all times were transparent and maintained a clear line of communication with us. The finishing product is of high quality, functional and has an incredible ‘wow’ factor. I would strongly recommend and will use them in the future if I have the opportunity to do so.

Black Steel has been absolutely amazing! I have exchanged my wooden external doors with steel bi-fold doors and they look marvelous. These doors bring so much light into my home and embellish my garden. Ordering was straightforward and the doors arrived after 12 weeks. I really do recommend this company when you're looking for new beautiful doors.

I have searched for a company with steel doors for months before we started the renovation, saw couple online but when we visited the showroom the decision was made. The doors took 11 weeks for manufacture but it was worth to wait and we are so happy with the overall experience.

Love the doors. They arrived sooner than I expected and the Black Steel team installed them perfectly. Michal, one of the installation guys had taken care of protecting the floor and surroundings which was very important to me as the floor is brand new. I can't thank you enough!

While renovating our entire home and building an extension we really wanted to include the Steel doors to lighten up our home, make it look modern and spacious. We have visited Black Steel Doors in their Wembley showroom and it has been extremely helpful to choose the perfect doors. We went with the external Bifold doors, sliding doors in the upstairs on suite and double doors with screen in our living area. Black Steel Doors were extremely good by updating us through the whole process and gave us all the information we needed for our building team. The overall experience was great. We are happy to share this experience as we think that the whole team deserves a big thank you, from our project manager to the coordinator and installation team they all did amazing.

The doors are very nice but I have been extremely disappointed with the service from Black Steel doors. They were more interested in their payment rather than me as a client. When the doors were not completed, I kept a really small amount of the original payment because I wanted them to finish the job. They made several phone calls to me about this tiny payment rather than finish the job. They were not concerned about client satisfaction which was disappointing.

We ordered 3 double french doors and we are very happy with the quality of the doors fitted. If you want doors that will last forever then you'll have to pay more and Black steel company gave us a very high quality product. In all couldn't be happier with quality and service .

Doors of this kind aren't cheap so I was understandably nervous about this project. I went with this firm predominantly because they have a small showroom in Wembley which at least allowed me to get a look and feel of the product. After lots of discussions and questions from me to the Sales team I eventually settled on a 2.4m x 2.4m french door with side panels. The result is beautiful. Only one day in but the product seems very well made and sturdy. The installation service also was fantastic. They broke a light in the process but immediately arranged for the replacement cost to be made-good. All-in-all I would definitely recommend this company, especially if like me you are thinking about paying the extra for real Crittall. The only one thing I would say is make sure you check your drawings properly before they begin making the door, to ensure it lines up with your expectations.

Highly recommend Black Steel Doors. We have just had our whole house including storey extension in black doors, french doors (single & double) and sliding doors - so a big job!
Ordering was straight forward, they were very knowledgeable and created a great design to replace our old doors.
Sales team (Mirek) and installation team did a great job , clean and tidy, turned up on time and coordinated with the other trades on site without any fuss.
They clearly know what they're talking about and I 100% trusted their advice.
I look forward to using them again on our next renovation, wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Had 2 double doors installed, the product is first class as were the installers. We are very pleased with the end result.

A quick note to say that Jack came to fix my door mechanism. Lovely guy and the doors all sorted now.
