Hatte diverse Platten im Sales geordert, wie immer dann lange nichts gehört, dann kam Wochen später eine DHL Sendungsnummer, auf die sich wiederum wochenlang nichts tat. Nach Rückfrage hieß es, die Sendung sei im Lager hängengeblieben, okay passiert. Doch dann, eine weitere Woche später kam die Meldung, dass nach erneuter Prüfung festgestellt wurde, dass mittlerweile einer der bestellten Patten ausverkauft sei, und eine Rückerstattung stattfände. Hallo?? Man bestellt Ware, und weil die Leute so langsam sind, werden bestelle Artikel zwischenverkauft!? Kurios: der Artikel ist immer noch auf der Shop-Seite als verfügbar gelistet! In meinen Augen unprofessionell, lächerlich und Kundentäuschung, und die Erreichbarkeit gleich Null. Der Kundenservice ist nicht mal mangelhaft, der ist praktisch nicht vorhanden, denn dem Team von BSR ist der Kunde völlig egal, das habe ich auch lernen dürfen! Und das ist es, was mir völlig gegen den Strich geht, denn hier handelt es sich ja nicht um einen Supermarkt, der täglich alles neu reinbekommt, sondern um einen Versand der streng limitierte Sammlerartikel verkauft – da sollte man dem Kunden schon einen höheren Stellenwert einräumen. Wer kann, sollte woanders kaufen. Absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen!!

Today the Lies of P vinyl was delivered. A little later than was said on the site but I trust BlackScreenRecords a lot now! I've been buying vinyl from them for about 5 years now and they've never let me down. Only one time they send me the wrong vinyl and I got to keep it at a discount price :) customer service has been great!

My order came very quickly and in great condition. Was packaged really well and doesn't have a single scratch on it. Highly recommend.

Zuerst einmal das positive. Ich finde es toll das wir einen Shop haben in Deutschland der diverse Platten in der Niesche anbietet.
Aber in 2025 Verbandzeugen aus der Hölle zu haben ist einfach nicht mehr normal.

Im schnitt wartet man von absenden zu erhalten der Bestellung 10-20 Tage auf lagernde Ware (manchmal auch deutlich länger).
Wir reden von einer Firma die in Köln sitzt und Güter verschickt die nicht Sperrgut sind.
Ist es so schwer bei DHL einen abholvertrag der täglich ist zu organisieren?
Wenn das Auftragsvolumen zu niedrig ist, dann kann man die Bestellungen auch selber abgeben.

Ordered some records last year. Got several, "sorry these have been delayed" messages reputedly from the artist and then a message last month to say they had been dispatched. Got emails from Black Screen with supposed tracking details on from DHL Germany (not for the courier themselves). Said they had reached the UK on 25 March. After a week, I sent Black Screen a query and they said they would look into it. Today I get a message at 12:55 to say they had been delivered at 10:18. This is an absolute untruth, nothing has come and two people were at home. I have asked for the records or a refund ASAP, but I doubt I will get anything. I would avoid unless you want to waste money.

Bestilte en 4-dobbelt LP d. 19/3 og modtog den d. 31/3 (blev sendt d. 27/3 fra Tyskland). Indpakningen var meget god og indholdet fint beskyttet. Så hvis du har en god portion tålmodighed, så virker det til at være en troværdig og omhyggelig butik.

Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht. Habe mir eine Schallplatte zum Mario Galaxy Soundtrack bestellt, sie kam makellos und rechtzeitig an.

Super Ort für Gaming soundtracks!

Ich wünschte, ich hätte vor meiner Bestellung die Erfahrungswerte anderer gelesen. Ware nicht erhalten, auf mails keine Reaktion. Jetzt muss ich den Betrag rechtlich einfordern. Nie wieder.

Absolut perfekt! Die Schallplatten waren sicher und extrem gut geschützt verpackt. Besser gehts nicht! Vielen Dank!

I requested a return immediately upon receiving the package, I never received any response on any of their channels. They don't have a phone number to contact them on, only fake email addresses.
It's been 3 weeks and I have no response.

Io personalmente mi sono trovato bene, la stella in meno è perché non sono stati nei tempi e quindi la tolgo per incoraggiamento a migliorare ma non è vero che sono dei truffatori perché a me il vinile anche se con una settimana di ritardo è arrivato. Quindi la merce arriva. Chi non riesce a contattarli usi la loro email e non il form sul loro sito, sul form non rispondono ma scrivendo una mail qualche giorno e ho ricevuto risposta

This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I sent multiple emails, contacted them through their support form and even Twitter, but my messages were either completely ignored or answered with extreme delays. Only after legal warnings and months of waiting did they finally accept the return. Even after shipping the item back, I had to wait another two months before they returned my money. It took 5 months from receiving a defective item to resolving the issue.

What happened:
1) Ordered a deluxe vinyl set (4LP) in July with an August shipping estimate, but it was only shipped in September.
2) One record was severely warped and unplayable. Reported the issue immediately on 10 September.
3) Support acknowledged the defect but ignored me for weeks, then on 22 October issued a forced partial refund (1/3 of the price) without my consent.
4) When I requested a full refund and offered to return the entire defective 4LP set, they refused on 9 November.
5) After informing them of my intention to escalate the matter legally, they finally provided a return label. Shipped the item back on 5 December.
6) No refund for another month. Had to escalate again to finally get my money back on 31 January.

Black Screen Records continues to disgust me with their non-existent customer service.

I messaged them a second time regarding an issue with one of my orders from them, which was supposed to contain 5 vinyl albums, but they packed a CD instead of one of the vinyl albums. I waited too long for their response, and now can't file a PayPal dispute since more than 30 days has passed, playing right into their hands.

Black Screen Records is absolute trash, if they mess up the fulfillment of your order, don't expect them to resolve it in any way or apologize for it.

Update 19 March 2025: A few days ago I received the vinyl album that was supposed to be in the initial order with 4 other vinyl. Seems like there's only one employee doing customer support, plus somehow my emails didn't get through their system or whatever. So reaching customer support and resolving issues will take a very long time, but at least they did right by me in the end.

I have ordered an item with around 6 months to be shipped. Date was changed so many times it went to around two years. Yet shop never bothered to contact me. Once they even posted wrong year, I mentioned it in the email but they were unable to pinpoint it. Yes, we are talking about date, nothing complex.

They were always nice, but useless as could not tell me the real shipping date (or even spot a OVER year difference in shipping).

When I writed that they threat me not like a customer but like a peasant since it's always me who needs to follow up the order I got email from some other department (both humans with pronouns) that they will not tolerate me offending their staff?!
And due to that they are cancelling my order. Like a bunch of 4yr olds.
Due to the insane amount of time between the payment and cancellation I lost quite a lot due to currency changes. Shop did ignore my request to at least cover the difference as they had my money for so much time.

I buy collector stuff on many sites, never had such situation.
I strongly advice if you have any other option to buy something - use it. You might have a bad luck when autocorrect changes something and snowflakes will be offended.

And I'm not even against all this DEI. But with such behavior soon you will be fined for honking on a car which did not move on a green light because the noise was too loud🤷

Ordered The Stanley Parable Deluxe Edition on IAm8Bit, which ended up being processed and delivered by Black Screen Records. The initial delivery timing was postponed. As I enquired about the new timing, I never received an actual updated timeframe. Until I suddenly received a DHL link - 3 months later than expected. Customer service severely lacking... Package arrived in great state: well protected, in excellent condition.

Nach Falschlieferung der Ware (kann ja immer mal passieren), keine Kommunikationsmöglichkeit mit dem Verkäufer. Es werden einfach alle Mails komplett ignoriert. Erst nach einschalten von PayPal lässt sich der Verkäufer zu einer Antwort hinreißen. Leider dauert er dann wieder ewig bis irgendwas geschieht. Letztlich richtige Schallplatte nach insgesamt 3 Monaten im Dezember erhalten. Nicht zu empfehlen !

Nach 15 Monaten wurde endlich die "Sendung elektronisch angekündigt". Nach weiteren 4 Wochen ohne status Änderungen von DHL, wird alles auf einen System Fehler geschoben der mich eine angebliche Ausverkaufte Platte hat kaufen lassen.... Wieso wird dann überhaupt eine Sendungsnummer herausgegeben ? Einfach lächerlich zumal 7 Tage nach der Bestellung es kein Problem war diese mit einer anderen Bestellung zusammen zulegen. Eine einfach erstattung des Kaufpreises scheint eine angemessene reaktion auf einen solchen Fehler zu sein. Gut das es hier keine limitierten Sammlerstücke zu kaufen gibt, sondern standard ware das wäre ja sonst ein Supergau. Schade habe gerne dort bestellt, ab jetzt wohl wieder selber importieren......

Bestellung kommt einfach nicht an weil, Black Screen Records erst ausliefert, wenn die Bestellung komplett ist. Ich warte nun mehrere Monate auf meine +200€ Bestellung. Es fehlt nur eine Schallplatte.
Leider kommt von Black Screen Records nix. Keine Info oder aktives reagieren.
Man wird per Mail (Es gibt sonst keine andere Möglichkeit in Kontakt zu tretren) immer und immer wieder hingehalten.

Wenn meine Bestellung irgend wann mal kommt, werde ich da auch nie wieder Bestellen.
