I moved a website over to Blacknight from another provider. I explained I was time poor and needed to simplify this website.
The salesperson was very helpful, friendly and created a scenario where I felt like my needs had been heard. I am very clear about the fact I know a bit about build-a-sites but I am not an expert and really do not have time to give this.

The website now is VERY simple. A bit chunky. After care is poor. Tech support rude. Always directed to videos to learn from and automated Q&A information. Very time consuming.
I never heard from the initial friendly voice again.

To move again is out of my budget right now. Stuck with an ok site.

Their website is impossible to navigate through.It really needs an update to make it userfriendly. Very eaasy to duplicate products as they do not explain what they do. OK on customer service though.

Blacknight are the best hosting providers I've used, customer service is excellent, they are always there to answer every question, and any issues are sorted very quickly. I would recommend Blacknight to any web developers, designers or individuals who need website hosting services.

I choose Blacknight as they are Irish, their customer service is excellent and support teams are local. From dealing with their sales department at the outset to their support and help teams, the overall experience was excellent, customer focused and professional. I dealt with their Web Designer, Leon O' Gorman who was extremely patient and helpful during the process. His willingness to make changes to the webpages regardless of how big or small, his ability to hear what the customer is TRYING to achieve and match it with a suggestion and most important, his overall pleasant demeanor and friendliness throughout this process exceeded my expectations. Because of his commitment to the project and availability for updates and changes, my website was built and published well before my deadline. Would highly recommend Blacknight for not only their products but their follow up and customer service is outstanding.
