Black Milk Clothing Omdömen 

I used to love buying Blackmilk years ago- but the last few years the quality has dropped significantly. Designs no longer feel flattering, the fabric quality is thinner, the stirching feels less secure. I bought a dress from the LOTR collection for my Christmas party this year- when I received the dress in the mail, I actually had to go back and check to make sure I hadn't been duped by a Blackmilk knockoff site! That's where the Blackmilk quality is at the moment- it feels like a cheap knockoff of the Blackmilk of several years ago. Like you're ordering off Shein.

Honestly they look great but feel cheap- while they look great on me initially I am honestly scared to wash these as I feel one wash is going to ruin them they feel THAT cheap. Not really good considering their prices...

The quality is REALLY cheap. The same kind you would get from temu and shein. I also had issues with their CSR team. I emailed them for measurements of their pant lengths BEFORE purchasing. They were actually 3 inches shorter than the quoted amount. I had to argue with their team in order to get just a store credit after also paying almost $50 in duties. Just terrible service and will never be buying from them again.

The customer service representative was so communicative and helpful when at no fault of the company, my package sent to the U.S. from Australia wound up in Canada and back to Australia. She follow-up with steps and never made it feel like I was a burden. When the U.S. Tariffs hit, and the package had to be resent, she outline options for my package. I don't think I could have had a better customer experience.

The quality of the clothing is the same as Shein and Temu and only lasts a couple of wears, I've bought a few pieces over the years and it's always the same result

The clothes at Black Milk are incredibly creative so I ordered a dress as a gift. There was an issue with the delivery of my order, but the kind people at Black Milk resolved it without any fuss. The person who received the dress was thrilled!

I have bought several pieces from BlackMilk since February 2023, and everything has been incredible quality! Had a little open seam in my last dress, but the team quickly came with a generous solution to fix the issue and I am very pleased with the kindness and service this team has shown me. Absolutely my favorite store!

I got a $160 dress (used a 10% off voucher since it was full price but still a rip off) and I thought at that price the dress would at least be lined!!! It doesn't even have hemming!! I can imagine this will just fray very quickly. I've had better quality from SHEIN. First time and last time buyer. All these recent positive reviews sound so fake and in the same tone like they're from the same person. Don't believe them. Believe the previous 1 star reviews because this is the worst quality I've ever seen for so much money. I've never returned an item in my life but I am just so appaled at this that I think I might have to. Maybe they had a good thing going in their heyday but definitely not now. Avoid!

Clothes are super comfy. Love the Halloween collections. Lorelei is also fantastic!

Amazing customer service experience! I had a few issues with placing my order and Renee, who I spoke with, sorted everything right out! She was very helpful, prompt with responses, and so so friendly! You could tell she enjoys her job! Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with customer care.

This company has great quality clothing, is reasonably priced, well constructed and always super cute and flattering. The customer service is excellent, and they are very responsive to concerns about shipping and returns. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and am always excited to receive packages from Black Milk!

All these bad reviews and yet I've had nothing but good experiences with blackmilk. The clothes are beautiful, vibrant and get so many compliments. The material feels lush on every style I've tried (and I have had a few) and they usually have pockets! <3
When I've had an issue the customer service are very quick to respond and I've never had a problem ordering to uk takes a while but I have always received items in an expected time line.

And so I will keep buying their clothes and I will keep getting complimented on how beautiful they are :D

Disappointment. In one world. The company was great until the owner passed away. His legacy since has been ruined. First of all they stopped shipping worldwide, for no reason at all. I ordered some stuff via re shipping services. But my god. the quality of the items! They sell basically rip off versions of themselves now but the price is the same. The material is so cheap and the ends of the garments have no seams. Nothing. Disappointment over all. I think that with a little time they will lose all their success. What a shame. Not ordering ever again.

Horrible customer service with no concern or appreciation of loyal customers.

I bought their t-shirt Ditto dress on sale and I was shocked by the quality. Despite being half price the dress was still expensive at £40 (£52.00 with shipping). For that price, I expected better than cheap, thin polyester. I cannot believe they were charging £80 at full price. No way is it worth that much. Spend your money on better quality clothes!!

I just got a Yamamoto collab kimono jacket and it's dreadful, the print is blurry and the fabric is typical fast fashion crap. For the price this stuff is absolutely dreadful

Had a terrible experience with "express shipping". I noticed my order hadn't been shipped 5 days after ordering. Apparently the express part only applies to the mail carrier and not the overall service. Once they got around to shipping it, it did arrive via express post, but wasn't sent for a week or so. Sizing is a little all over the place now, and the prices are huge for quality.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Ordered something express post and didn’t receive it a week later. I emailed them about it, they responded saying it was a processing error and would only issue a refund if I closed the PayPal dispute, yet when a business provides a refund a dispute is automatically closed. You can’t open multiple disputes so the business could ignore you after closing a dispute. Hence why you never close a dispute unless you’ve got the refund (tip to anyone else who comes across shotty business ethics such as this). Even tried to coerce me by saying you will have to wait a month for PayPal to refund you but we will pay you as soon as you close the dispute, integrity is absolutely zero. Perhaps the change of ownership/ management a year ago has impacted the business substantially & I question whether it is even fully operational. I strongly advise everyone to use Paypal always or save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere because if your not savvy you may be victim to their misleading practices.
