Dangerfield Omdömen 

Visited the Flinders St store recently and was served by Imogen who despite the constant business of the store, gave each customer her full attention and support to answer questions about products. Great customer service.

Exceptional company to do shopping with i love dangerfield so much i did a complete wardrobe overhaul and half my new clothes are from this company. The fabrics are of high quality and designs are endless. Their shipping is of excellent timing and informed me regularly with partial shipment and delays, the way they package your goods is also done with great care. I am on the smaller side at 5"5 petite size 6 to xs so I'm grateful I can actually find clothes in my style that don't swallow me whole. I wait like a tiger in the bushes for sales then I strike in bulk.

Excellent quality with the scrubs I've ordered. Quick and prompt delivery. Fade resistent and awesome prints. Love, love, love them, 5 stars all the way.
One suggestion as a shorter nurse- 154cm. It would be awesome if the scrub pants had an option of regular or shorter lenght.

Boy have I been on an interesting journey with Dangerfield over the past almost 2 months. Story time!

I initially reached out to Dangerfield to ask whether or not they are using AI to create the artwork for their products, as I had been seeing rumours about this online. I LOVED Dangerfield and shopped there often, so it was really important to me to find out if I was supporting real artists and a company that values human creativity. After six days, I still hadn't received a response, so I reached out again to ask if my query had been received. I then received a response which stated 'Dangerfield used AI for a few experimental prints in the past, but this has not become standard for the brand. Many of the designs are created in-house.' This did not reassure me - 'many of the designs' is not all. But what annoyed me even more was that the email that I received in response to my query was written by ChatGPT. I thought it was pretty wild to reply to a concern about AI usage with AI! I expressed my annoyance in reply - stating that I was not reassured by their email at all and that I thought it was pretty ironic that they responded to my query using AI. I also stated that my concerns were not assuaged by their response, and that I recommended they review their use of AI in the company, as they are driving away customers. I received a reply to this email with a very angry response from a person called 'Ash', who had a very sassy remark about the irony of my using AI to detect their use of AI. She told me they use AI as a tool to help them write emails and check spelling and grammar (which isn't true - the entire reply I got was 100% generated by AI). She also told me that if I was 'kinder' they would pass my concerns on to the creative team. This email was sent to me with no email signature. I replied to this, saying fair enough for bringing up my use of AI, but as she herself stated, I am using it as a tool (also the only tool available to detect AI) and not as a replacement of human creativity in the form of art. I asked to please pass on my query to the creative team and thanked her - kindly. I also asked her what her role in the company was, as I had not received an email signature. Ash replied with a big change of tone, telling me she was part of the customer service team in Melbourne and that she took my concern very seriously and had great respect for me... okay. She told me she would pass my query on to the creative team. Well, one month later and I've heard nothing. So, I follow up again, asking Ash if there has been any response from the creative team to my query, or if there is a direct contact for them so I can contact them directly. No response from Ash. I email AGAIN one month later. No response. So, it looks like I've been officially ghosted. That doesn't make you guilty at all, does it?

But there's more!
I gave live updates on my journey with Dangerfield to my Instagram and received multiple replies to my posts from people who had previously worked for Dangerfield and wished to remain anonymous. These ex-workers told me that Dangerfield not only uses AI for their designs, but also blatantly steals artwork from sites such as Pinterest and Instagram.

Well. Needless to say, what a horrible disappointment. Not just the fact that this company is stealing artwork and taking away from creatives, but oh my gosh the customer service is HORRIBLE!! I worked as a retail supervisor for a few years and never in my life have heard of a company responding to their customer complaints/queries so poorly. Fair enough if you think I'm being a Karen for calling you out - say that to your coworkers in the breakroom like everyone else does, don't let the customer know that you think that!!

I have since donated all of my Dangerfield clothing to my local op-shop and will never ever set foot in another Dangerfield store again. Good riddance.

Always love the designs of the clothing but the inconsistencies with sizing makes ordering online a huge risk. I ordered clothes from the same brand with the same sizing and nothing fits the same most of them not fitting at all! Not being able to return items for a refund makes shopping online feel incredibly risky and impossible. I don't live close enough to a physical store to try on clothes so I have to order online but it never feels worth it, nothing ever fits and I'm stuck with either keeping the ill fitting clothes or getting store credit and facing the risk of the same disappointment again. Being one of the only alternative options for clothing in Australia always makes me come back but honestly with all the money I've wasted I don't think its worth it anymore.

Garment was exactly as described. It was ready in a few days

Returned items purchased online.
Never got the refund, has spoken to them several times over email with multiple people. No resolution.

Also got charged for a extra item In store I didnt purchase. A random tag mustve been scanned by accident. Once again, no refund.

Ordered online. Order sorter was a little longer, due to sales. Communication the whole time. Delivery within a week.
Princess Highway items arrived. The new line, long sleeved top is cut a little smaller than their previous styles, so the buttons gape a bit at the chest.
The older style button up top fits perfectly.
Trousers are a size up from other brands and fits well.
Nice quality clothing and happy with purchase.

I just love this brand. I am not very tall and have a small frame so it’s hard for me to buy stylish, beautiful clothes that fit well. Dangerfield has never let me down. I can reliably buy online knowing my beautiful new clothes will fit. I do also enjoy buying in store as the staff are, without exception, helpful and fun - especially the Knox store staff.

I never have any issues when buying online or in store. I love that there is a great range of stuff in my size I'm a bigger girl). my last buy was the plague Dr t it;s amaxing and fits absolutely as if it was tailor made.

I love the products, and all the employees are super nice and are always so kind to me and everyone around them, I don’t see how anybody could not love this store

I had two online orders this month, the first order kept me updated due to the multiple items we ordered, they were shipped as partial orders and was received without any issues. However, the second order also had multiple items the shipping updates were not clear with only one item showing as not shipped when there was two.

Additionally, when I received the majority of the second order two items still had the security tags attached. It is approximately a 5 hour drive to the nearest store to get the tags removed. The other two items have been received So not happy with this order as I will need to get the security tags removed.

Delivery is also very slow in comparison to other online stores.

I love Dangerfield. I’ve only recently rediscovered it. I knew about the brand ages ago when not many physical stores were present and the clothing selection was quite small. Then I saw that HUGE Dangerfield store at Westfield Marion and that was the end of that! The team there are so lovely, helpful but not pushy. When I order online it’s generally super quick delivery and if it’s not I get regular updates on where my order is at.

The only “complaint” I have (and it’s not really a complaint), is a lot of the tops are quite short for us chunkier people. Dangerfield have a very decent size range (usually something like 8-20). But the tops maybe expand in wide size, don’t bring the hem line down, so what’s supposed to be a normal top, ends up being more of a crop top 😢

Otherwise, both instore and online, Dangerfield is one of my favourites!

Everything was great other then one thing. I got the largest size jumper, and it was barely long enough to cover my torso. I would like if there were more top wear that has larger sizes that were longer, not bigger bust or waist or stuff

shrunk on first wash!
