In states the cost for these pads were much higher with some places charging upwards of $700 US dollars. Great price and upfront honest with customer on time to make and ship out. They arrived in about the time frame I was given upon purchase. Good things are worth the wait. The packaging was top notch and everything arrive perfect!

This is an amazing place to buy oem Japanese parts. Great attention, fast shipping, great prices.

Terrible customer service. The product was pending to ship until I sent inquiry many days after the order placed. When I found the import duty was applied in error by DHL. This website doesn’t want to help provide any proof where the product made. Instead, they question us, the customer why you assumed the import duty was wrong. It is simply because DHL will apply the general duty when the seller didn’t provide sufficient information. Such a pain to deal with.

The response from them below proves their terrible customer service. They did nothing to help with the import tax. As per JAEPA between Japan and Australia, there is no import tax applied. However, they can’t provide anything regarding the where the product is made. They even questioned why the proof was needed hence caused additional cost which is not necessary. Do you own a favour, stay away from them!

Before my purchased was made, i sent a question about availability and when will i be expecting the product. Ngoc was the one who responded. He said that about 7 - 10 business day. Surprisingly i recieved my order after 10 bysiness day.

So I orders some Cusco Strut mounts for my car and they arrived on time, no fuss. Having to pay the tariff separately is not cool but, that’s not their fault. Although they did help to make that process easy so, hats off to their team on helping make that a seamless experience. I would order from them again and again.

Overall good experience. UPS charge $35 for collecting the trump tax. So with the addition of Trump tax and the $35 collection fee, things get pricy quickly.

DHL are not charging a collection fee, so the -1 star was for choice of shipping carrier
