Straightforward, good prices and customer service
I've been with BKV for a few years and recently locked in a long-term contract at a good price. Their website has a great UI and things are easy to use and transparent.

You cut my electricity in the middle og the summer despite explaining that I am a veteran who needs CPAC to sleepand and that i have a baby at home The CPAC machine doesn't work without electricity effectively jeopardizing my life and the weel being of my child I though you would be showing more compassion. You cared only about the money.

Allowing customers to lower rates while under contract is great. However, awarding points for discounts is a waste of time; it might be a little better than NTTA perks, but I doubt it.
