Customer from the start!
I have been with you since you started in Houston. There is a reason I stayed!! There were a few hiccups receiving bills in the beginning, but it has been working very smoothly since that issue was resolved. Still think when you punch thru to speak to a CSR, however, it requires too much personal info. So glad you finally have an automated payment system, but please make it save your credit card automatically for convenience. I worked with a mgr in the beginning and helped tell him new company glitches from the customer’s end and any issues were always resolved. That is the kind of service you want.

Thanks for the review, Linda! The January bill was likely higher than normal due to the winter storm that passed through Texas. When it's cold, your heater has to work harder to keep your house warm, which uses more electricity. Now that temperatures have normalized, you can expect your bills to go back to normal.

Overall, a decent plan, or I hope Energy Ogre would have switched us to a better one. Am I happy with our most recent bill? No, but it is what it is.
