Great products...slight confusion in shipping
When the package arrived, everything was carefully wrapped. I love the products! I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because there was a delay in shipping, and my first inquiry (email) went unanswered.But when I finally phoned customer service, I had an immediate response and the package was expedited. I also received a couple of very nice small samples as an apology. I will definitely order again.

The shipping is good and I’ve loved the previous hair botox I’ve ordered before. I just recently bought the organic botox and it left my hair so dry and when I washed a few days later it wasn’t anything like the Felps botox. Kinda hate this new one.

Isso é golpe! Comprei e eles nem despacharam
Comprei dois produtos pelo site e era pra ter chegado ontem. Mas o track number diz que ainda nem foi despachado. Acho muita falta de respeito não mandarem nem um email se é que foi um atraso. Acredito que na verdade seja golpe. Infelizmente não tenho muita esperança que vou receber o produto já que ele nem saiu do lugar de origem.
