I requested to print 3 catalogs but…
I requested to print 3 catalogs but received only 2. There is no opportunity to see the final uploaded design for the catalog therefore it was an option to upload a pdf with the slides. Although they charge for the design services every single order. Maybe it was the first ever request they got for the catalog printing but they printed with dates, page numbers etc even on the cover page. If you an experience company would you not realize that for the catalog only slides needs to be printed? not the entire pdf page? if any questions why not sending an email to consult about the submitted design? how many catalogs you see requested to be printed with aside notes? To contact customer support is mission impossible as emails do not work and website AI chat does not help

A reply to your below reply - I am not putting my email on here !! I gave you my order number . I have ordered many things from this company - but no more. Extremely disappointed. I have had to order from another company who actually deliver much quicker than yourselves . So that's who I will order from going forward !
