Terrible service
They never reached out, no email sent and bags arrived wrong. This was so easy to fix with simple communication. Now, wrong printing on bags and no recourse. They changed their response to make it look like they are doing something when they did nothing. My Review stays, I never give bad reviews but this was just so bad I had to.
Had difficulty with the system to design bags. It didn't allow for editing on the reverse side of the bags yet they said it was an error. It also loaded the images incorrectly. I tried a way to contact them but there is no contact availability anywhere, not even an email. And now I see my order is gone to publication and I can see it is not right. This has been a terrible experience, frustrating and highly annoying. I would not recommend them or have anything to with them again. I know the order will arrive incorrect and will have no comeback whatsoever. Steer far clear from them.

Bizay is a scam company
Bizay is a scam company. Their customer service doesn’t work at all — it’s almost impossible to get any real help or response. The editing tools on their platform are broken and unreliable, which makes it very difficult to manage or correct your orders.
Worst of all, they do not issue refunds, even when there are clear problems with their service or product. It feels like once they take your money, they simply ignore you.
I strongly recommend avoiding Bizay and choosing a more trustworthy company instead.
