Ordered cards for a charity
Ordered cards for a charity. They sent an email saying there was a problem with the order. Once I clicked into the email they tried to change the order to postcards. I emailed to make sure they knew I did not want postcards. I have the confirmation email stating greeting cards and even the delivery notification says greeting cards, yet I have what looks like a large business card. Horrendous!! Such a waste of money. I went for all the extra quality so it was not cheap. Will NEVER buy from them again.

A joke or a scam
The timeframe for a stamp and a few stickers to be delivered is outrageous. When I tried to contact Bizay to find out what the delay was, I was sent to an AI powered chatbot who has been given a list of questions and a copy and paste answer book. If that doesn’t answer your question, tough luck. There is no contact number for the company, no working email address and no human being to speak with over the virtual chat option. This is either a joke or a complete scam.

Tenía fecha prevista de entrega 05/06/2026. De repente cambió a 08/06/2026. Ahora mismo (09/06) sigo teniendo fecha de entrega 08/06/26 y estado "En producción". No atienden teléfono. Correos electrónicos devueltos. No existen.
Su respuesta es un link a una página de ayuda. No existen. Es un timo.
