The gentleman who delivered the food was super sweet and attentive. Came on time, and he knew how to get it directly to us in the apartment building.
I’m definitely going to use this service again!

The food came when it said it would. The only problem is the driver wasn't wearing a mask. 😳 Out of all the other delivery guys you are the most reliable! Thank you!

I used Bite Squad for the first time on Friday 12, 2022 to deliver an order from a local restaurant I have been to many times. The order was placed at 6:36PM and that part of the experience was fine. The rest of the service was a nightmare. They estimated delivery was between 7:45 and 8:45. By 8:20 it still had not arrived. I called the restaurant and naturally they could not help. However while on the phone with the restaurant manager, the person from Bite squad finally showed up at the restaurant to pick up my order. The restaurant is only a 5 minute drive from my house yet the driver did not arrive until about 8:35. She simply left my food order on the ground in front of my door and ran off. Not even the courtesy of ringing my doorbell to let me know it was there. Luckily I have a door cam and it notified me. I watched her on video and was amazed at her inconsideration. I guess collecting your tip in advance before you even pick up the order leaves no incentive for doing a good job, for being on time, to be considerate, or even ringing the doorbell and personally handing over the food order. Because of all that, my food order was cold and basically ruined. As I said, I have eaten at that restaurant many many times and always enjoyed the food and service so no fault to the restaurant at all except for the decision to allow this lousy service to deliver their orders.

It took two hours to get my food. But, not long after it was noted the driver picked my food up. I ordered from Scotties and they ignored EVERY note I asked such as no salad, sour cream, request for silverware, etc.

don't waste your time, they take over 2 hours plus for your delivers, they cancel your orders unexpectedly, and their way of compensating your time wasted is only $5 after you spent hundreds of dollars everyday. customer service is stupid and can't solve anything. Take your business somewhere else where they actually care

Rodlee driver was AWESOME!! Fast pick up and delivery! Consolidated Theaters shorted out order and Rodlee went back to retrieve the shortage. Consolidated Theaters made up for the shortage and gave us an extra treat. Well done. Food was great! Thank you driver Rodlee!

Used the app for a few months and finally decided to stick with more reputable delivery services. Placed a $40 order and it was never delivered. This is the 3rd time they didn’t deliver the first two times they offered a credit to my account which is accepted this time I had enough and asked for a refund to my credit card they refused to issue me a refund despite me never getting my food. Nothing short of a scam. I am in disbelief this company is still in business when they never complete a business transaction. I pay for food and delivery and never get the food. Their excuse was that the address was wrong which is false as I had checked the address twice before placing the order. If you want to pay for food you will never receive or receive it ice cold this is the app for you.

Either Bite Squad is late delivering so the food is cold or the order is messed up or missing items. They just can’t seem to get their act together. I hate that you can’t call and speak with someone. Very poor customer service. I want to like them but they make it impossible. With the fees they charge to deliver we should be able to speak to a live person if there is an issue.

Bitesquad is awful, has no phone support, horrible canned cut and paste chat support that may not even be a real person. They are understaffed, but still take orders and money, so the food sits at the restaurant getting cold and lately has a 100% late delivery rate. Use one of the many other delivery groups in the area.

We always love Shaner’s Pizza but it was cold when it arrived so we had to warm it in the microwave.

The loop has tasty food and it is always delicious! Its a hit with us. We love it. It satifies our tastebuds and fills our tummy.

Driver was on time, courteous, and he kept the hot stuff away from the cold stuff so that my meal was exactly as good as I had hoped it would be! Thanks!

Food is great. Wonderful to have a Indian restaurant that actually offers Indian spicy! Deliveries have been good with food hot and organized.

Our order arrived right on time and every the food was still hot. Our driver James went above and beyond by carrying the order into our facility.

I think I finally learned my lesson with this company. For the third time in the past couple of years, my food never arrived. When I would call the restaurant, they would tell me that the food is ready but nobody ever pucked it up. So, this hapoened again last weekend. In the past when I complained, I was reimbursed within a day or so and got a nice apology. Well, this time, i message them thru their app and never heard back, also tried live customer and nobody responded. Next day, I got an “how did we do email” . I complained again. Never heard back. My week got busy, so today I contacted again thru app and was told since it was over 24 hrs sinceI placed my order and they can’t find evidence that I contacted them, there is nothing they can do.

So, since I have no screenshots of my communications since it was thru their system, I’m out 60 bucks. Mad and disgusted with this business. If they do this with hundreds of customers a day, somebody is pocketing this and enjoying their scam.

The food was very good, but the delivery service was not so good. The driver delivered the meal to the door and was not wearing a mask. At 7:00 pm we were told that the food had just left the restaurant, at 7:15 we got another message that is was just leaving the restaurant and would be here in 15 minutes. It didn't arrive until 7:48, needless to say it was cold.
