Great customer service
The night before we received the pool my wife had Braxton & Higgs contractions and she was quite worried the baby was going to be born and we wouldnt have a pool because NHS didnt have any available. I have rung "Birth in a pool" and a super helpfull lady took care of everything and we received the pool within 12h of ordering. My wife was much more calmer after that. Baby was born in the pool and all went perfect, thank you for helping

Pool was great and the perfect size
Pool was great and the perfect size. So easy to get the hose and liner. Easy to inflate and put away. Handy storage bag. Highly recommend for anyone choosing a home birth.

Birth Pool in a box babes
I have used Birth pool in a box for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. As a midwife I birth around 50 babes a year and we use the pools a lot. Where there has been an issue, we were efficiently and effectively assisted. I look forward to many more years of Birth pool in a box babes

Great addition to our home birth
Birth pool in a box mini was a huge part of a beautiful labour and birth experience for me and my family. Everything arrived rig but away, pretty easy to install and fill and also easy to empty and pack away. I can’t wait to use it again and I highly recommend it!

Ég mæli heilshugar með þessu námskeiði. Ég tel að þarna sé kennd þekking og færni sem allar ljósmæður og fæðingalæknar ættu að tileinka sér. Námskeiðið er mjög ítarlegt og vandað á allan hátt og byggt á vönduðum rannsóknum skv. nýjustu þekkingu.

Really responsive excellent customer service
Really responsive excellent customer service. The pool had a puncture and I urgently needed a new one. The team completely understood the importance of getting this to me ASAP and really put themselves out.
The pools are undoubtedly the best on the market.
