We loved our birth pool in a box experience, we ordered a kit for our homebirth as our doula provided the pool. The delivery was super speedy which was great although, make sure you are ordering the right kit. We accidentally ordered a kit with a floor liner instead of a pool liner which was a bit stressful when I was in labour. It would be helpful if the floor liner had a different name. The products themselves were really great!

Ordering was smooth and relatively simple, order arrived the next morning!

Excellent customer service. Pool arrived literally the next day from the time I ordered it. Was worried it wouldn’t come in time as I ordered the pool literally a week before I was due so was well pleased how quick it arrived. Comes with everything it says absolutely amazing comfy just a beautiful pool I loved it.

Great service and fast delivery

I bought this so my mother could have a comfortable bath. It may not be suitable due to temperature limits - my bad for not checking beforehand.
I give the product 4/5 stars as I had to check youtube videos as to how to inflate it properly.

My bad #2. I punctured the bath due to chucking into the back of my unkempt car whilst going to a camping shop searching for a pump that fits.

Sadly I didn't get to have my water birth at home as I had to be induced, but this company couldn't have been more accomodating and gave me a full refund as I hadn't used my pool.

We didn’t end up using it as I was sent into hospital but we blew it up and put water in it ready for that day! Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be! But it’s a beautiful pool! We got the regular size and it’s huge! Would highly recommend!
