I can only comment on customer service as I picked my new car up yesterday however my experience with Birchwood, and Alex in particular, was brilliant. He was very communicative with us from the moment we phoned to register our interest for a vehicle we had seen online (we did not want to drive over an hour to go and view a car that had already been sold as we had this experience with another garage) and set our minds at ease after reading some of the more negative reviews and not at any time did he make us feel like we were dealing with a 'sleazy car salesman.' As I only collected the car yesterday I cannot comment on the warranty however the car being serviced by Birchwood when they received it and an MOT last month has put our minds at ease. Thank you Alex!

We found an ideal car in Birchwood Motors through a popular car website with great reviews. The 50+ high quality photos were already a sign of their diligence. Also AA approved dealers. We had a video call where I was shown the car, agreed to a paid delivery, got the car today and it is brilliant.
At all times respectful, not pushy (even if we wouldn't have taken the car), test drove the car and took it. Seamless experience, Alex, Morgan with top service and Oliver delivering the car. 100% would recommend.

I bought a Skoda Superb that I saw on Birchwood Motors Motors Site/Auto Trader. Alex was very helpful on the phone especially as I was communicating from Aberdeen. Very good on answering the phone and WhatsApp messages. Got the car delivered to Livingston in Scotland (for a fee) on a trailer driven by Ollie who was a very nice guy who works for Birchwood. He was very good and helpful at sorting out the paperwork - road tax etc, at a Starbucks next to my hotel. Car was in very good condition and just as photos on the web showed. Also spoke to Morgan on phone on occasions, he was also very nice and knowledgable about the car. As I am an older person it was great to speak with someone rather than communicating by email etc.

Bought car in June, all fine, young sales man was great, messaged about an issue was fobbed off by owner, within 5 weeks of owning vehicle, needed over £900 of repairs, within 12 weeks needed more again.

May of been unlucky with the car, but wouldn’t use again.

We bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from Birchwood Motors at the beginning of August 2024, we purchased it whilst we were living in Spain, all we had was photos and a video to go on, so we needed a company that was Customer driven and focussed on trust and a commitment to deliver on what they promised.
Our car was delivered on time to our address.
3 weeks after recieving the car we had an issue with the rear breaks, we notified Birchwood and within 6 hours the issue was rectified by them and fixed.
It is refreshing to see a business with a proactive approach to customer service, it instils trust and a strong desire to reccommend to others and return as a customer in the future.
