The loveliest guys, took no time at all from the first phone call to driving the car home! Really friendly, made sure everything was good to go and made it the easiest process ever. Spoke to Alex and Sam mostly, who were both fantastic! Mentioned some polishing issues when I got home and they fit me straight back in for a clean with the valet and the car came out looking brand new - again. Definitely recommend going to these guys for your new car!

Bought a new car Sam Littlejohns was the sale person he was very helpful let take it for a drive did pressure me when I got back left me to myself. When I decided to buy he sorted all paper work ready and finance out took no time he and Morgan the owner got it all sorted and I drove away very satisfied. We had great service for buying our car with questions answered and if not, investigated and replied to. One or two minor queries and issues were dealt with well leaving us happy to purchase the vehicle and recommend to other potential buyers! Sales were very professional and helpful. After purchase, I noticed an issue within 24'hrs, and to be honest I cannot fault the after sales team. Three months down the line and 4 trips to the after sales garage, a new steering wheel and clock spring, and there is still a problem relating to the steering wheel, and I am again going to be without a vehicle and having to rearrange another week as a result. Also no resolution to the mould that is building up in the car. Not what I
expected from a company that boasts top quality vehicles.

Absolutely great experience. Ended up purchasing a great car. Good price and well presented. I purchased the vehicle this week and the dealership person I dealt with was Alex. A very smart, well spoken, and seemingly knowledgeable young man. His knowledge was spot on, his style of engagement was not forceful, he took me out on a test drive. The car was put through its paces on differing MPH roads so I could listen to the engine and feel the car’s handling.
I would highly recommend this dealership. The facility to reserve the car online for £99 was also very helpful because I could not travel immediately to view it.

The car is in fantastic condition and was significantly cheaper than other cars l had seen in other garages.

Not a great experience if im honoust, most of the vehicles are high mileage and over priced and seemed to have a fault or two, every car I looked at had an electrical fault of some kind or lots of scratches etc, the owner isnt that friendly either, wouldnt recommend it

For a small young business this is professionally run . Buying an electric car is a minefield with most retailers either blurring out or not revealing the most important feature, the state of the battery. My ID3 clearly showed the battery testing certificate at 94%. Morgan is a young guy but punches higher than his years with no pressure and total professional handling throughout. Thanks for making a potentialy stressful experience one to enjoy.

I bought my Dacia Logan 2015 model last March 2025 from this great company.
Had it in to its 14th month and it flew through the MOT in February and I’ve never had a problem!
Both sales and after service is 5 star and when I eventually change it , but not just yet , I will be using Birchwood again
