Not sure where you sent a message. I do not see any message.
I received an email about receiving a full size reward if I spent $75. I used the link in the email to redeem on the website but it never worked and spent $140. Maybe supply ran out etc. but that is disappointing to say the least. I spend hundreds of dollars a year on your site, been a customer for a few years now and that just felt cheap to me.

Love the products there very gentle on my skin and made a difference right away , tried some other products in between just because they are a little on the pricey side so I’m not always constantly stocked . But definitely my top when I can afford it lol

I love your products and have been buying them for a few years now. Have repurchased certain items multiple times. Also love your rewards and full size reward. My ONLY complaint is when items go out of stock, they sometimes take weeks to come back into stock. Otherwise I love your company and will continue to purchase from it.

I've been using biossance for years
I've been using biossance for years. The eye cream and lactic acid resurfacing serum are my staples..I cant ever go without. I stock up on them. Im in my 40s and have tried many brands but I always come back to biossance.

I was originally recommended the mineral sunscreen as a healthy option with summer coming up. When ordering I decided to try out the plumping skincare set and to my absolute amazement, after use my acne that I've been struggling with for 15 years disappeared!!! easy to shop online but math seems off and customer service online not helpful to answer questions
easy to shop online, but when I checked out, I thought the math looked off. It bugged me so I calculated myself, and it was off by about 20 ish dollars. I asked customer service online to help, but I just got the same answer over and over again. I pulled up the cost of items per the order and the initial cost was off by 20 and the customer service person just kept telling same information and did not acknowledge I sent image of what stated costs were.
I love the products, but the math not matching today.
