Great products for mature skin
Super easy navigation and the option to select a collection point to save money in shipping is brilliant! I was introduced to Biossance when I received a free sample with a Sephora order. Love the squalane products. I have mature skin and they are wonderful!

Really rough shipping
Really, really bad shipping. They use a 3rd party called starlinks and it’s genuinely so bad. They said they lost my package, then found it and rerouted it back to the warehouse. It’s been almost a month and no package.

I like ordering directly thru the company and receiving my orders directly at home instead of waiting in line at a store.But if I need my eyecream right away I will drive to Sephora to pick up.

This was my first and last order with…
This was my first and last order with your company. I have still not received my order, tracking has not been updated and we're past 10 business days. I waited in a chat for 15 minutes without resolution and will now have to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Billing customers for merchandise and not delivering is fraud. Refusing to work with shipping companies to resolve issues is poor customer service.

Biossance is my favorite skincare
I've been ordering from Biossance for several years now, because I love the products - and the website is always easy to use. I can easily find what I need, log in to my account, and apply discounts I receive via email. I do wish they'd continue offering a product with retinol, but I love my other regular products - Omega Repair Cream, the face cleanser (the light lemongrass scent is divine), and the roll-on under-eye serum.
