Months of back and forth with them and I still haven’t received my order. I don’t know what’s going on with their courier service but they need to fix it

The process to order and return the sample was well laid out and the instructions easy to follow. The results came within a few weeks and I am just digesting all the information and recommendations now. I am happy with all the information so far.

Great service and results!
Great service and in depth results. I had questions about shipping my sample cross-border (Can>USA) and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. The data they provide after analysis is incredibly detailed, and thankfully they also provide tips on what foods/supplements are beneficial to helping rebalance my microbiome.

I had a test kit in the drawer which I was intending to use only to find it had expired. I had done a previous test so this was going to be a follow up of approx 1 year interval. I contacted Biomesight and they sent a replacement kit free of charge. I was expecting to pay at least something as this was totally my fault. Anyway it arrived only a few days later. I am very impressed with the service and would recommend.
p.s. the actual website itself once you have done your test is very informative. I thought my akkermansia was extinct but Biomesight detected it clinging on for dear life at 0.002%
