High quality product
As a Registered Medical Herbalist I research holistic health balancing food supplements which are as close to as nature intended as possible. Biomer has excellent quality of green lipped mussel supplement, and I find it particularly useful for people challenged by imbalance in their musculoskeletal system. Thank you for providing a local NZ "clean" product for people.

In these trying times supply delays revealed just how much Tripernol helps with my condition. I ran out and had ten days without. (not your fault) The last shipment arrived and after 3 doses I can feel the difference already.

Shipment arrived quickly
Shipment arrived quickly, in spite of the challenges presented by the coronavirus issues. The product seems to help me quite a bit. I have been using Tripenol for many years now. I know that it helps my muscle and joint aches and pains because when ever I miss taking it for a period of time I feel it!

Neuroplas Plasmalogen Complex
I requested and promptly received two bottles of Neuroplas Plasmalogen Complex. It was difficult due to the coronavirus but Bio-Mer NZ adjusted and adapted flexibly and smoothly to accommodate my unanticipated international change of address due to the coronavirus.
Most importantly, the Bio-Mer NZ Neuroplas Plasmalogen Complex seems to be greatly improving my problems with Glaucoma. I am in good health and wonder whether the Neuroplas Plasmalogen Complex also have lateral benefits of which I am not aware. Thank you Bio-Mer NZ. Pls keep up the good work and product development. In these troubled times I particularly appreciate having an effective
natural product.

Not a fan of the change in strength
I have used the Tripernol plus for years and the new shipment has cut the amount of green-lipped mussel almost in half, so now I have to take double the pills for the same effect. No happy with this change.

Hi Kerry, thank you for letting us know your concerns. Our focus is to manufacture high strength effective products. Due to the natural thickness of Green Lipped Mussel Oil it is necessary for us to add capsuling agents in order to capsule. We always intend to produce our products in soft gel form when possible, however this has not been the case for the past few batches of Tripernol Plus and we therefore produced this product in hard gel capsules. It is believed that soft gels capsules better protects the oil and provides better bio-availability, they are not the economical choice by any means. When we produced Tripernol Plus in hard capsules we filled them to 700mg to better prevent oxidization and to supplement the amount that is not considered to be absorbed. We had success capsuling our most recent batch of Tripenol Plus in soft gel form. Soft gel is 500mg. This is not done to reduce the amount of oil we use, but to supply a better end product to our customers. I hope this clarifies your concerns. Many thanks for the gift which is appreciated. Delivery times are not a quick as they used to be but this is not a biggy. I notice the capsule has been changed back ti the soft gel. I has problems with the hard capsule bursting.

Good experience
I was worried. There was not enough supply when I ordered the products. Appreciate the communications from customer service and the quick delivery as soon as the meds are available. I feel more confident to purchase from Bio-Mer NZ now.
