She’s like a puppy again!
My 12 year old female has been struggling with arthritis & was limping a lot & clearly in pain. She was on Metacam from vet & just started on monthly Librella injections. I messaged Ally with some queries & looking for advice, he replied quickly with recommendations & realistic expectations. After a few days I noticed a difference & she’s like a new dog. This has worked so well for her & im delighted with the service and the product - I’ve recommended to several people.

Decent service overall from Bio Med CBD…
Decent service overall from Bio Med CBD Ltd. Quick delivery and helpful advice on dosage and medication questions. However, the product didn’t work for one of my dogs, which felt like a waste of money. Mixed results, but the customer service is responsive. Might work better for others, just not consistent enough for us.

Product Lab reports 4 years old now.
Why lab reports on your website from 2020 as most recent? Surely 2024 report would instil more confidence in quality of your products for potential new customers.

Svar från Bio Med CBD Ltd.
I think people would have more confidence in your reviews if they weren't almost all 1 star for superfluous reasons. We will update the website in due course. What is surprising, to me at least, is that you didn't think that emailing admin@biomedcbd.co.uk and requesting the most recent lab test results would have been a much better means of communication, rather than posting a 1 star review on trustpilot having had zero experience with anyone at the company? This unfairly brings our trustpilot rating down (despite all the good things we've done to earn our 4.8/4.9 rating before this review alone brought it down to 4.5/4.6, over 95% 5 star reviews over 3 years, overnight deliveries, the incredible difference our products have made to soo many) and although we will update the website and apply have this review removed, its obviously just not the best way to communicate with small companies.
I look forward to your email.
Great advice
