Bought here for a few years. Very happy with everything.
I have bought CBD oil from here for a couple of years now. Very happy with the help it's giving my dog. They gave me lots of advice about how to use it as I had no experience of it.
Started buying the Slippery elm recently. Its very good quality (not easy to find these days) and is working well.

Katy had previously stated she would remove or amend this review following what was described as "excellent service"—referring to a message that was responded to within half an hour, and a return and full refund processed without delay. This was despite an unusual complaint regarding pricing and without the product even being trialled.
A one-star review does not accurately reflect the quality of this company, it's products, or the consistently high level of customer service provided—particularly in this case.
It is disappointing that, despite multiple assurances, it has taken over a month to take the simple step of removing or amending the review. We cannot allow an unreasonable one-star review to remain unaddressed and without context indefinitely.
From one small business owner to another, Katy, this is not a professional way to conduct yourself. The promises made were not fulfilled, and I sincerely hope you approach future reviews and interactions with the same fairness you would expect for your own business.
