Able to reach things without the fear…
Able to reach things without the fear of falling. Strong and sturdy and stable. Easy to assemble too. Good value for something so strong and stable. Customer service was excellent and helpful. If i need anything else I will certainly contact them. Highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They accepted a transaction through their website and then tried to ask for more money after payment had been made saying they had listed the item incorrectly. They accepted payment which is legally binding. So they were happy to break the law to get every penny they could. Please don't use a company that would ignore legislation designed to protect consumers and act illegally. I have opened a case with Trading Standards and sent them copies of all emails. They forced a refund on me that I did not want. I wanted the items they sold. I identified the two acts they are in breach of so they acted willingly in breaching these with full knowledge of what they were doing.

We would like to clarify that the item in question was listed on our website with an obvious pricing error. As soon as this was identified, we contacted you promptly to explain the mistake and offered a full refund, which was processed immediately.
Unfortunately, we are unable to honour orders where a clear and genuine pricing error has occurred. This is standard practice across online retail and is outlined in our website terms and conditions.
At no point did we act unlawfully or attempt to mislead you. Our team communicated transparently throughout and ensured that you received a full refund without delay.
We are sorry that you were disappointed with the outcome, however correcting genuine listing errors and refunding customers promptly is the responsible course of action in these situations.

If it was possible to give a negative score then I would have.
The worst company I have ever dealt with, so unhelpful.
They do not listen when you inform them of any issues. You are expected to resolve any problems yourself despite having any physical disabilities. Requests for a call back constantly ignored..
Do not use them.

For context, the unit was hired for a fixed period but stayed on an extended holiday with you for several extra weeks beyond the agreed hire duration. During that time, we made multiple attempts to contact you to arrange collection, though we didn’t always hear back.
We always try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, and in this case we allowed the hire to run well beyond the original agreement while trying to organise a convenient collection.
We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations, but we do wish the rollator had come back home a little sooner.

For hygiene and safety reasons, UK law does not allow the return of items such as commodes or other personal care products unless they are faulty. This policy is in place to protect all customers, particularly vulnerable and elderly users.
We understand this can be frustrating, but we always aim to provide clear guidance on returns at the point of purchase and in our product descriptions.
In this case, the return request appears to be due to buyer’s remorse.

BEWARE!! Selling dangerous products and don’t want to know when they snap
BEWARE!!
My 84 year old Mums’ mobility walker sheered off and snapped after 1 year of ownership and these charlatans don’t want to know! This mobility aid is absolutely vital to her being able to get around! Her mobility is really, really bad and she was very fortunate she didn’t fall, but it has really knocked her confidence! There is allegedly a 1 year warranty with it, and if there is even a very serious issue after this, you are on your own! They aren’t going to investigate or anything! Shocking treatment by an allegedly reputable company!

After reviewing the details provided, you confirm that the walker had been in used for more than 1 year and is therefore outside the stated warranty period.
While we appreciate your concerns, we are not in a position to determine how the product was used, stored, or maintained during the time it was in service, and for that reason we are unable to make any assumptions regarding the cause of the damage after this length of ownership.
