Issue with credit card promptly resolved
Listed several peps for purchase then ran into small issue with my credit card. Since the products were priced right I didn’t want to walk away from the purchase. When I called the contact phone number after hours on a Sunday to my surprise I was able to get the issue ironed out. Very happy with the customer support I received. Peps were delivered fast. I highly recommend this company and plan to reorder in the future.

I question if they are legit
O got from them 3 peptides. Retatrutide, ss31 and dsip
I’m on this for about 3 weeks and I have zero benefits and it looks to me this product is not legit. Adding to that that biogenix is one company andbiogenixpeptides is a different company.
On top of that the credit card is expense description comes as a marketing comaoany not as a lab. That is very suspicious as well.
I just trashed $250 here and will no longer use these items as it doesn’t seem to be anything close with what it should

First, we want to clarify that all of our materials are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not marketed for personal or therapeutic use. Because of that, perceived “benefits” can vary significantly depending on research design, conditions, and evaluation methods.
Regarding timeline — the compounds you referenced (including Retatrutide, SS-31, and DSIP) are typically evaluated over longer controlled research windows in published literature. Three weeks is often considered an early observation period depending on the research model.
We also want to emphasize that all of our products are third-party lab tested and independently verified for purity and identity prior to release. We stand firmly behind the quality of our materials.
As for the billing descriptor — our payment processor uses a compliant business descriptor that may not match the website name exactly. This is also done to provide a level of anonymity to our customers who wish to keep their purchases discrete on shared accounts.
