Your product showed up warm no bubble wrap i was surprised bottle should not be warm and didn't receive both bottles only 1 even though I made both orders at the same time won't be ordering from you any longer ?????

Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience. A few points we'd like to clarify:
Our products are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried), which makes them significantly more stable during transit than reconstituted products. It's completely normal for vials to arrive at ambient temperature, especially during warmer weather, without impacting product quality.
Regarding packaging, all orders are shipped in protective packaging designed specifically for these products. However, we certainly want to understand your concerns and make this right.
We also see that there may have been some confusion regarding the second bottle. It's important to note that your orders were a day apart.
Please reach out to our support team with your order details, and we'll be happy to review the shipment records and resolve any missing-item issues immediately.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further before you make a final judgment on your experience.

BioGenix came to me as a recommendation after being on peptides from other companies in the past year and a half. While I’ve been happy with my results I have also been researching quality and more affordable options. I’ve done a lot of reading and BioGenix research and science is well vetted and decided to make the switch. Purchasing and shipping was quick and easy. Ordering and shipping are amazing! Very easy and delivery is super quick! 3weeks in on using products, haven't seen any results just yet but after this 4th week I would hope to start seeing results. I do feel some of the "side affects" of the CJC (warm face, little heart race after pinning, nothing crazy though. Starting at proper low dosage) hoping that's signs of being potent peptide.

I know that people often look for negative reviews, rather than positive. I can’t say anything bad about BioGenix Peptides. They are so consistent with pricing, 3rd party testing and transparency, customer satisfaction, and prompt delivery.
