Bin Factory Outlet Ltd is a supplier of 4 wheeled metal bins and 2 & 4 wheeled plastic bins with direct links to the manufacturers to supply straight to the service industry and public. There is no minimum order qty and delivery is quick and easy and usually within a few days or next day if requested to destinations nationwide. Delivery is also available to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Its quick and easy to order on the website or over the phone. You can also pay by BACs. Accounts welcome subject to the usual credit checks. Spares and accessories are available and we can also arrange retro fitting. Give us a call or drop over an email with your requirements either big or small and we will take it from there.

Poor service and very expensive delivery
Didn’t receive an order confirmation, let-alone a delivery notice. Bin didn’t turn up in great condition either, which when the bin cost £75 and a £30 delivery charge is very poor.

Thankyou for taking the time to review your product and experience, its always good to hear if good or not so good as this enable us to improve.
I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the condition of the bin on arrival. All the bins that leave here are wiped down, wrapped and taped shut. From then they go on to a couple of transport vehicles and warehouses which carry a lot of freight and will therefore probably be dusty.
The order confirmations and delivery emails are sent out automatically and are sometimes landing in junk or spam folders and sometimes blocked by security so please accept my sincere apologies if this has happed and you haven't received any communication.
I am more than happy to email out a VAT invoice if required so please let me know.
I do try and keep an eye on prices and believe BFO are pretty much in line with other retailers so again, I'm sorry if you felt we were expensive.

SuggestionTransparent lids
Suggestion. I have discovered that residents in a Student Hall are too scared to lift the lid to check if a bin is full. Instead they flytip next to the bins, some of which are empty. Transparent lids would help them to see just how full the bins are. Is it possible to manufacture bins with transparent lids??

Really dodgy - right at the moment I pressed the button to process the payment, suddenly it turns our there's a £30 delivery charge that was not mentioned until it's too late. Then I had to waste half an hour cancelling the payment...sharp practices...

Dear customer, I'm sorry that you feel cause give a one star based on the delivery charge.
The delivery charge appears at checkout once your address details are put in, simular to a lot of other sites.
The website does not state FREE DELIVERY and in the terms and conditions of delivery, it states that delivery is charged at checkout.
Any customer that gets in touch usually receives a prompt response to their query even if its the weekend and I believe this has happened in this case via email so apologies if you feel that you haven't been dealt with promptly or have been misled.

Went above and beyond
Without even requesting it, our company logo was placed on the front of the bin! And the delivery was super convenient, brought to us easily and during the day so staff were able to be present.
