Bin Factory Outlet Ltd is a supplier of 4 wheeled metal bins and 2 & 4 wheeled plastic bins with direct links to the manufacturers to supply straight to the service industry and public. There is no minimum order qty and delivery is quick and easy and usually within a few days or next day if requested to destinations nationwide. Delivery is also available to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Its quick and easy to order on the website or over the phone. You can also pay by BACs. Accounts welcome subject to the usual credit checks. Spares and accessories are available and we can also arrange retro fitting. Give us a call or drop over an email with your requirements either big or small and we will take it from there.

Excellent advice and support
Excellent advice and support - quick service, reasonable prices and high quality bespoke printing of labels for multiple waste streams. I will certainly use them again when needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bin Factory Outlet to other would-be customers.

You have sent me two bins that are unusable
You have sent me two bins (supplied one within the other). Despite the efforts of other members of my family, they have remained firmly stuck together. We live on a private estate, and I have asked the manager to assist by sending two hefty members of the estate maintenance team to try and separate the bins. They will assist me shortly. If they fail, you must surely acknowledge that what you have supplied is not fit for purpose, and that you will refund my money and collect the stuck bins. To avoid unpleasantness, I am hoping to avoid having to pursue further action against you.

I'm so sorry you had this issue with the bins. When more than one bin is ordered, the bins that are stacked inside each other and this can sometimes create a vacumn effect. Its sad on this occasion that you needed extra help to get them apart.
We have since spoken with the customer and they have confirmed issue resolved. BFO apologised for the inconvenience.
Any issues with the bins,service or anything else is dealt with quickly and positively and we endeavour to give our customers the best service possible.

Really good service from start to finish. Lisa helped with my order when my card failed. She checked in to see if everything was ok and if she could help. Finally managed to order on a different card (my issue not the companies) and lisa checked again that my order was correct and ok to dispatch. Order arrived quickly.

Poor service and very expensive delivery
Didn’t receive an order confirmation, let-alone a delivery notice. Bin didn’t turn up in great condition either, which when the bin cost £75 and a £30 delivery charge is very poor.

Thankyou for taking the time to review your product and experience, its always good to hear if good or not so good as this enable us to improve.
I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the condition of the bin on arrival. All the bins that leave here are wiped down, wrapped and taped shut. From then they go on to a couple of transport vehicles and warehouses which carry a lot of freight and will therefore probably be dusty.
The order confirmations and delivery emails are sent out automatically and are sometimes landing in junk or spam folders and sometimes blocked by security so please accept my sincere apologies if this has happed and you haven't received any communication.
I am more than happy to email out a VAT invoice if required so please let me know.
I do try and keep an eye on prices and believe BFO are pretty much in line with other retailers so again, I'm sorry if you felt we were expensive.
