Thank you so much! We really appreciate your support.
Happy with the Koeksusters
Happy with the Koeksusters, delicious and my boxes of Rajsh curry powder. Still unable to eat the biltong. I ordered dry but after leaving it for 1 week it is still quite wet!

Thank you for your feedback - we’re so glad you enjoyed the koeksisters and Rajsh curry powder! Regarding the biltong, we hang it in sequence as soft, medium, and dry, so customers can choose the texture they prefer. It sounds like the batch you received was softer than you were expecting, so next time we’d recommend going for the dry option to match your taste. We really appreciate your support and hope you’ll give our dry biltong another try!

Biltong and droewors not to my liking.
I am sorry but the biltong and droewors were not to my liking at all. The boerewors was as good as my local supplier.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the biltong and droëwors weren’t to your taste — we know everyone has their own preference when it comes to flavour and texture. We’re pleased that you enjoyed the boerewors, though, and hope you’ll give us another try in the future to find the products that suit you best.
Thanks

Hamper of goodies was good and delivery…
Hamper of goodies was good and delivery all fine. Only callout would be that I specifically asked for delivery on a particular day, but dispatching was early and delivery a day early too, as if my request wasn't considered at all.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re so pleased you enjoyed the hamper. We’re sorry about the delivery arriving earlier than requested; while we always aim to meet special delivery dates, it seems we missed the mark this time. We’ll review this to make sure requests are considered more carefully in future. We really appreciate your support and hope to welcome you back again soon.

A must for Expats
Biltong St Marcus is my go to store for all my South African goodies. Everything you could want in one place for a lekker braai. Ordering is simple, delivery super quick and I have never had a bad batch of Droewors, Biltong or Boerrie. The wine & sprits section is vast and great for those wines or Brandewyn that you just can't find. Highly recommend!
